Location was great, very quite area and anything needed was relatively close. Kids loved the pool and Hot Tub. Breakfast was Hot and did not run out! We were there 4 nights. Entire atmosphere was great, we did not experience any issues whatsoever. We will consider this Hotel in the future when we return to Tennessee.

Pool temperature varied. Was very warm and 2 days later was a bit cooler. Pool lights come on "whenever they want" LOL. Started getting a bit dark in the pool room before the lights came on.

Close to where I needed to be. Price was reasonable first night through booking.com. Extended for a second night due to weather and was charged $12 more than night before.

There were bugs in the room. Left them on a napkin for housekeeping to see. Went to get breakfast and staff was clearing things out 30 minutes early. No coffee made so I was directed to make mine own in the lobby.

Very nice lobby…Has an indoor pool and hot tub…Good continental breakfast with additional coffee and lemonade available in lobby…Room was clean and spacious…Booked a room with disability access…

Nothing I didn’t like…However would recommend a hand held shower and safety mat for shower…

The room was nice and clean. The staff was attentive when asked for something. The staff was also very friendly. The beds was comfy abit too firm maybe. But they made up with the pillows. We had a king room with the safe. Chair and ottoman was great to have in the room as well. Room was very spacious. Black out curtains was nice too. Plenty of outlets for things. Breakfast was nice. Hot bar. Sausage links, scrambled eggs, and home fries. Coffee, (oatmeal, grits, (packaged dry mix) toaster, waffle maker, bagels, toast, cereal, adequate seating and tables. Mini fridge and microwave was clean. Location is awesome and convenient.

The toilet was low to the ground. The tub was extremely slippery as you're getting in and out. The pool was closed in August 🤬! Ugh. No ventilation in the bathroom. Wifi access was very limited. Is "renovating". Didn't know I had to pay extra for a safe we didn't use. The pool was closed. In August! 90° weather. I know I mentioned it twice. It was really irritating. I wanted to swim. Also, a cricket was camping out in the woman's bathroom by the elevators.

Bed is comfortable and sheets are crisp and clean. Room is spacious. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. I needed to print something and was happy there is a business center with a printer right in the lobby. Cell tower close by so my wi-fi hot spot had no issues.

Let's face it, it's an older hotel so the room has a bit of a musty odor. I kept the ac unit on and didn't really have an issue with that. The carpet was clean. We enjoyed our stay, even though this hotel is older.

The room was well decorated and comfortable my bed was very comfortable with excellent quality bedding. It was very nice to have coffee available in the very early morning as I am an early riser. Also the staff at the front desk was very helpful with a few requests that I had. Definitely would stay again when I am in the area

My room had a slight odor. This probably was because someone smoked in it at one point. Other than that I really felt like everything was quite nice.

Great Location, clean and quiet.

Didn't see much of the staff, but that was fine, everything was great for a short stay.

Breakfast was very good and was always kept full.

There is a musty, moldy smell from the cloth shower curtain not having a liner. Needs a liner, or curtain needs changed out and washed more often.

The breakfast was great. Plenty to choose from. Good variety.

The asking for a $150.00 cash deposit when we checked in. That was not expected. I had to ask for it back when we checked out.

All the staff except the manager are super friendly. They went above and beyond for us during our stay.

There was a mixup with cancelling an additional room and it ended our stay a day early. We were very forgiving about it but the manager was rude and very abrupt. Maybe his employees could give him a few lessons on customer service....
