Breakfast was good and Alton who oversaw breakfast Saturday morning was a delight.

It was not the fault of the hotel that a guest pulled the fire alarm around 11:30 Friday night and a lot of guests evacuated the hotel. Also, not the hotel's fault but the guest in the room above us stomped instead of walked and maybe fell or jumped around in their room in the later hours of the night and past midnight Friday and Saturday nights. We were impressed ceiling popcorn didn't rain down on us.

Friendly staff. Clean room and over all hotel. Convenient. Comfortable beds and pillows. We will definitely stay with y'all again!

Manager giving my daughter a hard time with breakfast.She said she felt like the individual was concerned that she was going to take to much. In all reality she was checking everything out and opted to bring a couple of muffins up to the room where the rest of our party was gathering up to leave..We ended up eating half of one muffin and drinking the one cup of coffee. We went and ate breakfast elsewhere.

The location was great! Jeremy, the young man at reception, was so kind, well-mannered, and so helpful! The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, when I asked for extra pillows they promptly brought them, and the room was very clean!

I had one issue with another staff member upon checkout, but when I called back later, it was resolved for me!

I appreciated the decor. It was very warm and welcoming.

I was bummed that the pool wasn’t available, but I understand that it’s a result of the pandemic and these things are out of the hotel’s control. Maybe it will be back up and running next year.

everything was great after we left and came back our room was very hot the ac went out I went to let the receptionist know and she was willing to give us a different room but were booked. but she took care of us right away and called maintenance and he got there quickly and fixed the ac. we were happy and satisfied as to how quickly she resolved our issue with the ac.

Friendly service, quiet rooms. Breakfast was ok. Thankful for the availability and getting me in so quickly. WoodSpring Suites SUCKS!!

The breakfast, if that's what you call it, was pretty sad. It was a bottled water, a prepackaged muffin and a prepackaged nutrigrain bar. I understand that Covid restrictions alter things a bit, I just think that this could be way better. The fire alarm went off for about 5 minutes at 2:30 in the morning, waking everyone up and come to find out, there wasn't a fire or anything.

Quiet relaxing room on 3rd floor so no one stomping around overhead. Really appreciated that!!

Wish their pool were outdoors. All indoor pools smell terrible so even though we brought our swimsuits, we did not use the pool and we were looking forward to that.
