The staff was friendly, But I did suffer a slip and fall on a wet floor, I did not know the floor was wet there was not a wet floor sign up to let the guess know that the floor was wet and the previous owner said that they wasn't resonposable but how can that be isn't it their responsibility to keep everything clean and safe for their guests. I suffer a bump on the head and a black eye for 3 weeks which I took pictures of my eye, and also I broke my right arm which the doctor put a cast on it for 2 weeks and now I have a brace for 3 weeks then I go back to the doctor to see if it's healing. I now have the inexpensive of doctors bills and I need help I need to keep my room until May 17th when I get my social security check but I need help now in being able to stay in my room. I don't want to have to sue for my slip and fall but they need to make things right cause if they had a wet floor sign up maybe I wouldn't had fell. They just need to make things right?

Staff: Jonathan, Desiree, Ashley, Kay, Skeet all are terrific people and are very kind. There aren't a lot of kind people left in our world and it's very nice to interact with those that are!! Can't forget Raj, also very kind. Everyone is always extremely helpful, no matter the issue. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for having those liquid flavored coffee creamers!! That makes a big difference in how my morning begins!!

Perhaps ya'll can find some kind of answer to fix that rear/side door. I enjoy the convenience of the location, however it is always broken and people smoke in that back part of hotel. I am allergic to that smoke and it makes it very difficult to breathe. I'm sure that ya'll can come up with a way to secure that area,

Location is perfect to everything I need from grocery store to work, even to the Mall of Abilene. All my doctor locations are within 20-25 minutes if that! The price is ok, cheaper than others, but they should have earned some sort of discount by now! None of my points are showing on my account (some September 🤔🤦🏼‍♀️) . AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - Jonathan, Patsy, Kay & Ragg, even the housekeeping team - Ashley & Skeet! You're the best!

Disrespectful guests slamming doors, I work nights so when I sleep during the day others are slamming doors like they are at a dormitory. Makes it hard to get rest. It's not every day but it does happen.

This was alast mjinute schedule change with work and put me on the road with no heads up. I was not all together and organixed as i usually am,. From the moment I walked through the doors of thew super 8 I have been nothing but taken care of The owner and front desk agent-are very friendly and they take care of their guests. Room was awesome. spacious, clean and serene. If you are traveling and need a spot to rest chill or vibe. This Super 8 is where you should be.

Jonathan is the sweetest employee and most helpful and courteous man that I've ever known. He's always there with whatever I need! I wish you had 10 more like him, but since you only have one please keep him around and think about giving him a raise! Thank you for having Patricia as well she and Skeet and Kay are always helpful also! I can't forget about Raj!! It's his hotel after all! He's a great guy.

Y'all just need to steam clean the carpet in the rooms from time to time. If you walk around in white socks you'll see what I mean.

Jonathan is always the best employee he treats me like family which I love. He's very professional and very sweet. He always makes sure that I have towels and the AC is good and cold. If I do have a problem I'm always sure that y'all will work it out for me.

If I had to ask one thing it would be to clean that small sofa that's in room 118 which is my favorite room because I have a handicap. It's really filthy and I really don't like sitting or putting my things on it. Thank you! If you can fix that toilet in room 118 to where you didn't have to hold it down to flush it that would be excellent.

Everything was great all the staff was friendly and respectably! My only complaint is the internet could be better, the internet just worked sometimes and that wasn't often, So Yes the internet could be better. Everything else was great, just the internet was bad.

Rooms are nice and big plenty of room i was on third floor but they did have an elevator so that was wonderful staff was real friendly and respectful

They kept the windows in the hallways open at night when the temperature was at freezing so if you left your room it was cold but nice in the room

The guy that worked the morning/day shift was very inviting, friendly and helpful. The lobby and halls were clean. The breakfast area was clean as well. I don't eat breakfast, but needed some coffee.

I booked a room for 2 adults for 2 nights, but was only given 1 towel. The coffee pot was cracked, so I didn't use it. One of the lamps beside the bed was barely put together. It would fall over if touched.

Jonathan is the best Customer Service employee I have ever known. He is extremely kind and very very helpful. Always has a smile on his face and a welcoming attitude. Plus he makes the best coffee I've ever tasted!

The only thing I didn't like was the small sofa in my room was filthy and needs to be steam cleaned. I can't imagine the germs all over it.! Steam clean the carpets as well.
