The hotel is located on the west side of Amarillo near the shopping areas. At the same time, it is also near to the Cadillac Ranch and approximately 27 mins drive to Palo Duro Canyon. Good hotel to stay if you are visiting these two places. It is a very clean and well-maintained hotel. The check-in and check-out process is quite quick and efficient. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and provides good customer service. The rooms are quite large and suitable for an extended stay person. The room has a half kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. The kitchen also has a small sink to wash dishes. There is a separate sitting area and table for you to work on. The bed and the sitting area can be separated by a curtain that you can open and close. The bed is comfortable and cozy. The room is also very clean. The hotel also serves a good breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Overall good clean hotel to stay at. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the attractions in Amarillo.

The AC was a little too loud and it can cause an issue for anyone who wakes up easily due to a slight noise. The other thing that I did not like is that the bed post back rest was a little worn out. It was peeling off. The last thing I did not like is that you can hear the noise from people that are above your room and in the hallways.

The property was easy to access being off the freeway a block or two. Property was clean and the counter lady was very helpful and friendly.

We were told that a deposit would be charged and then returned once the room was cleaned. I suppose it is a towel and smoking deposit. We didn’t steal the towels, or smoke in the room but our $25 was not refunded. Irritating! I kept watching to see if it would be credited back to the card and it has not been. It’s about a month now. I don’t loose sleep over $25 but it does seem to me like fraud.

Huge room with king bed plus sofa bed with pull-out curtain divider between them. Full size refrigerator and microwave and stove with pots and pans and plates and utensils. This was an accessible room and one of the best I have seen. I didnt need it but would have loved it when traveling with my mother. The staff was very friendly and gave me a sack breakfast since I had to leave early.

Price was high. A nightlight in the bathroom would be nice.

Location was great. I have an electric car, so proximity to the Tesla chargers was a great plus (and should be listed in amenities!).

Sheets on the bed were too thin--I was tangled up in them all night and fighting to get the top sheet to stay in place. Additionally, the top cover was heavy and kept sliding off the bed. I'm not usually a fussy person about bedding, but this set up was pretty annoying!

The room was large with space to just relax. The bed was comfortable. The entire facility appeared neat and orderly.

We did not care for the breakfast options at all for the exception of the coffee. Stale breakfast sandwiches that need microwaved, oatmeal that was more water than oats. Most hotel breakfasts are lacking this was by far the worst breakfast in 10-12 hotel stays since spring. The bathroom really needs a fan to eliminate steam and odors

Excellent staff, spacious suite with everything you need, delicious breakfast with plenty of choices and good coffee. Excellent value, as well.

The bathroom sliding door was all marked up and hard to slide. The floor boards in the bathroom looked to be breaking away from the wall, and the vinyl headboard was peeling, and the black underneath was showing.

We choose Home2 exclusively because of our first stay at this property. Still excellent condition, cleanliness etc. Breakfast is always a highline of a day on the road... this Home2 is great. This a a very nice setup for walking the dog as there is a walkway around the property.

Everything was great. Dog waste bags needed refill.

The customer service was excellent and friendly. The room was nice and nice. The breakfast was awesome friendly people. When I checked out they was very friendly.

When got to my room 207 the A/C wasn’t cold at all. I turned it down to 66 degrees but it felt like 74 degrees. The filters were dirty and need to be cleaned.

Fastest check in we've ever had, it was great! Pool was clean, staff was friendly and gave us a lot of info. The convenience of the shower soap in the dispenser was awesome.

The breakfast, was the first time we stayed anywhere where the food wasn't in warmers. I don't know if it has to do with Covid but it was kind of like "oh hey here's and omelet, pop it in the microwave " so we skipped breakfast.

the breakfast was terrible, there wasn’t any protein choices, and the waffle mix wasn’t good, and there wasn’t any half and half for the coffee, just coffee mate fake creamer and sugar. luckily with a refrigerator we could get our own creamer from the store and eat else where, but I didn’t stay there for the breakfast, and the coffee was good tho!!
