The beds were SO comfortable and I liked the separated area for the desk and extra bed/couch. We really had everything we needed. I travel with a group each fall and will stay here again. It was quiet and there is a restaurant across the parking lot in case you don't wish to drive out for dinner.

We were told one of our ladies would have grab bars in the shower -- but she didn't. There were plenty of empty rooms as we were travelling in the late fall. I don't know why she couldn't be put in a handicapped room (even though I did not originally think of asking for one). I would highly recommend you have them in EVERY shower.

Lovely facility. Beautiful room with all of the amnesties. The beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet, and the room layout was ideal, providing an efficient desk area plus a comfortable sofa alternative. Nice breakfast in an upbeat environment. Staff were friendly and efficient. We come through Amarillo twice a year. I'll most certainly stay here again.

Nothing that directly impacted my stay. The outside entrance could use a little attention, its striped bare and makes a bad first impression.

Great location with free parking. Friendliest staff of any Hotel we've checked into so far (7 weeks on the road!) Great room with a comfy bed. Made use of the laundry facilities which were immaculately clean and easy to use.

Sadly despite the good weather, the pool was already closed for the season.

The usual rubber scrambled eggs, .....but the sausage, biscuits and gravy, and corn muffins were enjoyed by our group. Coffee was good. Didn't care to try packaged pastries or the over ripe bananas. Not too bad for a continental breakfast, free of charge.

No choice of breakfast meats or the way the eggs were cooked at breakfast.

The room had ample space, a great sofa as well as a desk area. The room’s layout was one of the best ones I’ve had for that size suite. You could just tell it was thoughtfully designed. The closet was huge and everything was in pristine condition. We will definitely be booking again.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was OK, but the sausage patties are no good. Please use real sausage like Owens or Jimmy Dean please.

The location was great! The room was clean and had everything we needed! The breakfast was good! Our TV quit working and we were quickly moved to a new room. The front desk clerk comped us some snacks from the store for the inconvenience! I was impressed with that customer service! You don't see that often enough these days:)

The pool area trashcans were overflowing, which made for a strong smell while swimming.

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies. Nice breakfast.

Road noise from Interstate 40 and huge potholes in parking lot.

Always enjoy this Spring Hill location. Staff always so friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and so comfy. Love the bar. Great to have a cocktail after a long day of driving. This was my 5th stay at this location in Amarillo. Have also enjoyed Spring Hill Suites in New Mexico and Virginia. Always the best stay.

Comfortable, quiet and friendly fun bar before dinner where we could walk across the parking lot to two very nice restaurants and a free appetizer given to us at the hotel desk!
