The location was a beautiful short drive outside the city with plenty of natural beauty surrounding the hotel. I was able to see from our window the forest surrounding Lake Travis. Very comfortable stay overall, the staff was excellent and always attentive.

A little louder and hearing others outside the door. The hotel was understaffed on Labor Day Monday and while it was fine and did not directly affect us, it was hectic and chaotic downstairs.

I stayed there during the ice storm. There were lots of guests there with dogs. I had my yorkie there. As I walked him, I found numerous large piles of dog feces the owners had left. I made sure the small amount my yorkie did was removed. This is not the fault of management and does not reflect negatively on Hyatt Place at all, but is merely a sad fact that there are people out there that do not have the common decency to pick up after their pets.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location. It is away from major traffic but still close to anything you need. We had an event to attend at the Oasis and this was the perfect place to stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Comfortable beds. Beautiful rooms, clean and luxurious.

Faucet in the bathroom was leaking but it didn’t take much away from the room. Breakfast was ‘ok’ at best. Needed some attention.

Enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort hotel offered. The glass restroom door allowed too much light to enter room when going to restroom during the night.

Facility seemed to be short staffed. Staff worked hard, but more were needed especially during breakfast.

Quiet.

There was an actual mushroom growing in the restroom of our suite. Management took care of it right away, but we saw it the day we arrived when the room should have been cleaned before we arrived.

The location was perfect. Nice swimming pool. Comfy bed and quiet surrounding.

The breakfast was not good. We have our two children with us and they had 3 different kinds of cereal but none were for kids. It was all bran flakes and other weird cereal. You couldn’t make waffles or pancakes like at other hotels. There was no one there where you could ask them to make you something. Once in the whole hour I was there peaked through the curtains and that was just for a second. I had to ask another lady for toast.

Breakfast was fine. Room was vey neat and clean.

The trail in the back of the property had a lot of debris and the trash cans were full of dog poop.

Breakfast was wonderful. Room accommodations were fulfilled! Great stay at a clean facility.

I was expecting the feather pillows like my previous stays at other Hyatt places but they had the foam instead. I was able to request a feather one though.

Restaurant was understaffed and Pool a bit small.
