Towel refresh was superb. Whenever we needed more coffee someone was up at our door in minutes. Staff at front desk were very friendly. The pool always had water and towels. The gym was sufficiently equipped.

Breakfast pretty normal but the salsa was awesome +. The elevators were the smoothest ever. Carpet in room felt clean on bare feet. Some hotels floors make your bare feet cringe. Bed comforter was comfy.

This is not on you but myself. I sleep in an adjustable bed due to an adolescent injury that was never properly addressed but I didn't know back then. The first night anywhere is always brutal. King pillows look plush but collapsed and had to tri-fold them.

They place and the ambience of the property is exceptional

I was misled by the free breakfast option. They provide credit not free breakfast. And the credit of 34$ is not sufficient for 3 ppl. A juice would cost 5$ and any breakfast minimum was 15$ so there itself it's more.

Not easily accessible for handicapped person. Residents in next room were very loud until early in the morning.

Hard to get around on a walker; could not get to coffee msker; loud residents in room next door; limited breakfast choices.

Spent my birthday weekend in Austin and so glad we chose this hotel rather than the ones in downtown. The location was so lovely, the staff were helpful, the hotel was extremely clean and the room was nice. Overall great value for money. Really nice gym which comes with everything you need & they didn’t charge us for parking or Wi-Fi.

The only thing we didn’t like is that they didn’t provide us with water. So had to buy water at the hotel which was expensive.

The breakfast was fine and my wait staff was very polite and attentive. It is a very lovely space as well.

It took a long time for the food to come when breakfast is typically a quick food to prepare. On another note it was a cold morning and guests entering and exiting the automatic doors to go smoke made it uncomfortably cold at times.

My granddaughter was invited to a prom that was going on there for Cedar ridge high school by her young. And she drove in town. For the event.

Headline thing negative. To say about it it was all good have stayed there before

Everything was to spread out i.e., the pool, hot tub, workout room, even my hotel room and not enough room in the hot tub

Notty Bar resturant was amazing. We ate there for breakfast and had meat omelet and it was good. The hotels customer service surpurb upon arrival. We also was presented with champagne. King deluxe room with city view from the top floor which was 9 was great. My husband loved it!!! Pool and other amenities great Hotel ambiance in general great! Very close to Total Wine, other resturants such as Trulucks Seafood where we ate for my husband's birthday awesome. Also close to "The Domain" for shopping and night life, and Barton Springs and Round Rock. Location was in the middle of everything even a dollar store. Lol!!

I was familiar with the location and had stayed at the Renaissance in the past. The property is beautiful and restaurants are within walking distance.

The bathroom door in our room did not close all of the way, so therefore could not be locked.
