Clean, spacious, exactly as advertised. Walkable to many fun bars and restaurants.

A little confusing to figure out how to get into the building and access the apartment, but once you’ve done it once it’s very simple

Our accommodations were absolutely wonderful. Sonder offered us a home away from home right in the heart of Austin. The location was convenient to most of the city either by walking (we would walk anywhere from 3-6 miles per day because that is our chosen way to see a city) or by ride share services. Great places to eat and drink are just a few paces away with tons of dining options. Staying at Sonder was certainly more comfortable than staying in a hotel. A full kitchen with utensils and laundry amenities made every day tasks easy. The bedding was lush and comfy, plenty of towels and a deliciously hot shower were soothing after a day of exploring the city. Coming home each evening to a cozy livingroom with a balcony and awesome view made our stay extra special.

Directions and entry to Sonder. Despite being provided VERY detailed instructions for how to enter, it was still a challenge to find from the street. During our stay we helped several very lost travelers locate the entrance.

Poor communication with codes being sent via email and struggled to get into the building at first however, made a phone call and was guided through it straight away.

Great location, very easy to walk into Downtown or get taxi anywhere in Austin. Lots of amenities very close by. Excellent setup with living room and kitchen separate to the bedroom. Very useful having washer and dryer too.

Aircon made my throat sore in the mornings and the vents looked like they could do with a clean. Wasn't easy to find the entry door in the car park on arrival. Some kind of rack to hang washed clothes on would have been very useful.

Great location with an easy walk or $8 Uber to the convention center. There was a very comfortable bed. There are a dozen restaurants within a block or two. You don't need a car to stay here.

It would be lovely if there were a door between the kitchen and the bedroom. Although I checked in an hour after check-in time, the bathroom floor was soaking wet, yet the remainder of the apartment floor was dry. a) The unit wasn't cleaned on time. b) The only floor mopped was the bathroom floor.

We were surprised how nice the place was. Spacious, comfortable, nice and clean. After our experience in NY, this was astonishing what a great time we had in Austin. The facility is a modern, very well equipped apartment with a large kitchen and two bathrooms. The flat was spotless clean, decorated with a Texan vibe. Gym, pool... oh God, these were awesome! There were never crowded, we could find the place to sit/excercise with ease. There are nice restaurants and grocery shops in the walking distance from the apartment.

Smoke detector is very sensitive - and this is literally only "bad" thing I can say about my stay. Everything else was just perfect!

Big Sam was great and made the trip for us! Lock broke and he came by to fix it immediately, and made us laugh on every encounter thereafter. Thank you Big Sam

The upstairs neighbour is quiet throughout the day but then renovates his house after 9pm for some reason.

Enjoyed our stay, cozy and clean apartment. The pool and gym are also very nice. We didn’t like the sofa-bed - impossible to sleep comfortably on it.

1. A couple of bottles of water could be nice to get upon arrival. 2. We were unlucky to stay in the apartment (in August 2022) where there was a process of building another building just right in front of our windows, so if you are staying there - be prepared to be woken up by the noise around 6:30-7:00 AM

Amazing location, great property with facilities that make a holiday feel more homely. I can’t fault this stay and would have loved to stay for longer. So much to see and do within walking distance or a short Uber.

The jumbo toiletries which didn’t really work. But I had my own so it didn’t matter but if you are relying on their toiletries you might be disappointed.

Beautiful pool area that was mostly unoccupied (not a heated pool - it was cold). Clean, spacious apartment for 2 people. Laundry in unit was awesome. Extra towels, soap, toiletries available whenever you needed them. Easy check-in/check-out process. Nice location with lots to do! Target is 2 blocks away so if you forget anything, don’t fret!

On-going construction at all hours of the day, right outside our window. On one particular day, construction started at 5:30am and ended at nearly 10:30pm. Tenants or guests above us were loud and the walls are thin so you hear every step, drawer closing, chair moving, etc.
