Location is great. Near downtown and Terry's Black was was a plus for us.

After my reservation through Booking, they require to sign up on their website, where they ask for a lot of personal information in order to be able to check in. If I had know this beforehand, I would have booked in a different place. Since Booking already has my sensitive information, I don't see the point of giving it again. The apartment has bad noise isolation and we could hear the neighbor's steps until very late. There's a tv with chromecast only, so If you want to watch tv, you need to setup your personal streaming account. We find this a little annoying, since we are on vacation and we just want to sit and watch whatever is on TV after a long day.

Great location in Austin, Tx, great neighborhood. Restaurants close by are awesome. We traveled with three kids aged 6,3,1 who had a great time. The pizza around the corner was an experience for them, try it out. Pool was great, gym as well.

We arrived an hour early (three instead of four pm) and it was not possible to activate the door code an hour earlier. Weird! The kids met a neighbor's dog, they didn't mind to much, luckily. Also, the pool is not just accessible, you need the same access than for the gym which you have to apply for in advance! That info was missing in the info i received. Or i missed it. So if you plan on using the pool, plan ahead and you will need your phone to get in. Using the Saunders app makes it very easy and communication was fast and straight forward.

Good amount of space, full kitchen, not too far from eateries.

long walk to the actual building from the street. we didn't have a car so were dropped off where we could be dropped off and it was quite a long walk to find the building and get to the room. We didn't realize that the address was a city block, so Uber dropped us off where maps said to for the address and that spot was on the opposite side of the actual entrance (we had to call Sonder to help find the entrance). Then we still had to walk a couple hundred yards to find the building.

Location was great.nice pool very friendly.

The bathroom baseboards were disgusting in the bathroom! The vent in the bathroom on ceiling dripping lot's of water.. I realized from condensation? But that's a hazard the floor was wet!! Had to cover with a towel. The bathroom door to bedroom kept sticking? Also when we got there I sat down to use the toilet and almost fell off.it was not secure. I fixed!! People drive way too fast in and out of the parking lot..

Excellent location. Clean, easy to access & good parking. Coffee machine and coffee provided, and when rang and asked for more coffee, delivered very quickly with a smile and was complementary- nice touch! Washing machine and tumble dryer in apartment- didn't use in the end but felt these were a great addition. Would use again when next back in Austin.

Never found pool -wasn't clear where it was from apartment, but would have had a hard time fitting a swim in our schedule anyway. Wifi was bit intermittent in how well it worked but had own phone data to hotspot so not an issue for us.

The property was in a great location and area was quiet with easy access to the apartment, being on the bottom floor. We were able to walk across the bridge to restaurants and do some shopping.

The master bath was in need of a good scrubbing. The shower wall had a lot of hair that was stuck to it. The TV didn’t work in the living room, but that didn’t really bother us since we were only there to sleep.

Great location with many awesome restaurants and bars nearby. Free Parking! This is unbelievable in Austin as parking is sometimes up to 60 dollars a night. Walking distance to a lot on SOCO, but you can take an uber or quick scooter over the bridge to Downtown. Probably one of the only places I've traveled to that had plenty of pillows and towels too.

Very loud upstairs neighbors, walk like they are horses, not really in the control of the owners here, but when you are told to respect a quiet time you would think it would be honored by the tenets of the building. Parking is a bit confusing but not bad,

A little hard to find on the property (or at least after a 30 hour journey with a 16 hour time change) but once you're past that hurdle the apartment is sizeable for the price. Pool open to short term residents and parking dead easy even with a larger vehicle. Very short walk from good coffee (Jo's), Continental Club and the rest of the SoCo classic spots.

Pool closes a little early for hot nights. Getting in and out with a bicycle not super easy. Kitchen could do with one or two more basics.

Great location in lively area of Austin. Spacious accommodation. Excellent facilites ... large bathroom, closet and laundry room. As only 2 night stay it was great to have small amount of household supplies to use. Enjoyed use of the swimming pool too.

My only criticism is the layout of the apartment complex is a bit confusing and it would be useful for clients to be sent a plan of the complex. And/or have a copy of the layout in the apartment. The block I was in was very close to the entry gates which was fortunate with luggage.

Location

We had a problem with the parking, we forgot to place to parking pass and we got towed. The pass was too big and we put it down during our day and that day when we arrive to the apartment we forgot to place it again and got towed. Our suggestion is to have a tag to hang it in the mirror instead of that huge card
