Didn’t have any TVs beef better staff

The property was good location you can get to anything you need too. Ac worked amazing so it stayed super cold.

The pictures are a lie! We got a king size bed for 2 of us and there was 1 pillow and 1 towel in the room. There was no remote to the tv and you had to cast it from your phone to watch tv which sucked for us cause we didn’t have service and the WiFi didn’t even work. The key didn’t work half the time so we had to walk to the office to have to fix the card or come unlock it. There is no security lock on the doors. You can barely sit on the toilet with the door shut. The outside walking area was nasty and always had trash everywhere!

Everything. The staff acted confused and harried. The WiFi was not working 90% of the time. The walkways and sidewalks were not kept up, cigarette butts and face masks all over the grounds. There was poop on the sidewalk and a wall as if someone threw it there. Someone else stepped in it and tracked it down the sidewalk. The TV did not work because there was no remote to turn it on. Maintenance brought his remote from his room and turned the TV on. The TV came on but they use Chromecast, the WiFi did not work! Had to leave a 50$ deposit upon check-in, I don’t know why, I was alone with no pets. The room had not been vacuumed, there was a Bobby-pin on the floor along with various other things, hair strings, I don’t know what! The hot water took forever to heat up, then went away in about 5 minutes. There was some kind of stain on the bed cover. The microwave was plugged into a lamp. Why they had 4 lamps in the room using all of the available was beyond me. I need one outlet to plug my phone into and had none. Had to unplug a lamp so I could use the outlet. There is a phone in the room, but no phone cord to hook it up. Had to use my phone to call the front desk. RIDICULOUS! I have avoided this place on numerous trips, because of the reviews, but had to stay here because all other hotels were booked full this weekend. Next time that happens, I will stay 50 miles away. Booking.com should remove this customer from their site, it makes them look bad.

There was NO breakfast. Only juice and coffee.

There were no lightbulbs in any lamp. There was no smoke detector as it had been removed. The TV was also missing.

Bed was comfortable.

More towels and washcloths, Coffee pot, telephone, clock, lights that work. Door that locks better. One good kick would open it.

Just walking across the carpet in the room turned the bottom of my feet black from the dirt coming out of the carpet

Pool looked well taken care of but we didn’t get a chance to swim

No tv, phone or trash can …. Floor was soaking wet … there were no towels or toilet paper and not enough pillows
