Loved the staff. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The facilities were extremely clean. The location was great, very easy to get to the canyon and downtown has the most lovely ice cream shop/hair salon -yes you read that right!

The breakfast was delicious for all except for our child with allergies. Here are some ideas for the future: Gluten free bread for toast Gluten free frozen waffles on request Gluten free waffle mix (I've seen the waffle company does have a gluten free mix) Bacon for meat instead of just sausage (which often has Gluten) Hashbrowns that are Gluten free or potatoes made with oil instead of butter Gluten free cereal options Soymilk/Rice Milk Applesauce Again, the breakfast was great for our family... except for our child with lots of allergies....sometimes just the suggestions can be helpful for the future. You all probably did not realize how limiting foods can be for some guests. Thanks for reading!

The location and the room sizes are great. There were 6 of us dropping my daughter off to college. The 2 queen suite was very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out and sleep. Perfect location for visiting the college. Almost next door. Good Food options in the area. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and nice options.

My only complaint is the beds are a tad uncomfortable, they are soft but , the mattress sort of rolled into the middle of the bed.

The staff were all very pleasant, breakfast was good. Location is perfect for visiting our college kids.

The air conditioner was squeaking, the fan would not work, and I could not get hot water to come out of the sink. We mentioned it to the front desk the next morning and they made everything right. Kudos to them for customer service/satisfaction recovery.

The clerk at the front desk was so sweet and friendly. Then breakfast was good. We went down stairs 30 minutes before they closed out breakfast and they had run out of waffles, my favorite breakfast item, it was ok there was plenty of biscuits and gravy were good and the eggs too. Thanks to the cook!

The breakfast!!! The omelette, waffles and fruit was a great start to our mornings.

They didn’t make the beds or touch the room. They did launder our towels. We needed to shower after returning from hiking at 2 pm. I found the laundry room to grab some clean towels. The pool was not open.

I was in town for my father's funeral. I did have friends and relatives that would be stopping by to visit. I had reserved a king suite. They ended up having to use that for someone else. But they gave me two queens suite for the original price! I definitely needed the room for our family and friends gathering. The staff was so understanding and gracious.

The pillows were too fluffy and therefore did not give good support

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Room was comfortable except that the HVAC didn't work. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very happy that hotel was pet friendly.

The front desk person originally tried to place us in a room with a questionable toilet that was allegedly repaired same day without confirmation. I questioned this so they placed us in a different room. Turned out the HVAC unit didn't work and neither did the ceiling fans. The room was a little stuffy but not too uncomfortable. At check out they apologized and comped us for the inconvenience.

The breakfast was very good, better than I expected. The room was excellent and the staff very friendly.

This was the best hotel stay we've had in a long time. I can't think of anything that could have been better for us.

Standard, fairly new motel. Conveniently located a short way from I-27, outside of Amarillo. Clean, comfortable, each room well provisioned. Best breakfast I can remember from many lodgings on the road, including much more expensive ones. Fresh with a number of selections. Great value, pleasant stay.

Room was large, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good with a nice selection of hot and cold items. Location is very convenient to Palo Duro Canyon and Amarillo and other attractions.

Key card entry to the room was a little tricky (upward pull on the handle)
