As a power wheelchair driver this hotel was very accessible to the H-E-B Center; in fact I drove my chair back and forth! What they lacked in accessible doors they made up for with good ole Texas courtesy and kindness. Great NYE! @rollupcomedy #killtony

I did not ask for accessible room but ordinary room has no grab bars and tub not shower stall.

This property is clean and the staff is so friendly!!! Jennifer; Delta and Nevah are the best and made me feel so welcomed and they took care of my family. The housekeeper Ms. Adrian was such a sweetheart and really takes pride in her job!!!!

So far I can’t say there is nothing I don’t like because I’m still here!!!

long term stay ammenities : full fridge/cook stove top/proper kitchen sink/microwave/lots of shelf space/coat hangers for drying stuff good shower pressure/water temp rage

sandwiched between two dog occupied rooms, the dogs barked whenever someone walked by... someone sounded like they were roughhousing with a dog (trying to get it riled up) later in the evening than seemed appropriate and I didnt want to complain, but it was a little annoying/distracting... quiet hours? also generally easy to hear thru the walls

I liked that it is located in a safe area, and the cleanliness of the place was amazing!! Close to the H-E-B center where I was going to attend a concert so I loved it even more!

I have No complaints whatsoever!

Comfortable beds, nice refrigerator, great bathroom.

Bathroom door wouldn't shut. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up to check in. No one came to desk to check out. Had to leave keys with janitor.

Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Easy check in and checkout process. The rooms were equipped with fridge, stove and large bathrooms. A nice place to get a good night's rest.

No staff after 10pm. If you need assistance you have to use a phone in the lobby to call for someone.

The location and value.

The pillows come with tiny pillows. And when you book a bed for two guests, the pillows are still tiny, it was so uncomfortable.
