Very friendly staff. Everyone greeted us, even the housekeeping staff. The lobby was very clean and modern. Great location off the highway near entertainment and food yet still very quiet. Main doors lock with key access only after 11. Firm but comfy bed. Good storage in room.

Rooms were not as clean, especially bathroom. Water stains/mold on shower curtain liner. Small dirt build up in corners on floor. Hair entangled in the towels. The breakfast was lacking. Standard variety of cold cereals and bread was ok but warm offerings consisted of waffle machine, biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs only. Only 1 juice available because the other 2 were out/broken.

The room was clean and had a good sized refrigerator. The breakfast was acceptable but was the same menu everyday. The air conditioner was very cold and the beds were comfortable. We didn't notice noise from adjacent rooms, so the wall insulation was good.

The pool water was green but apparently there had been a pump issue that they were working to resolve. Once I waited several minutes at the front desk to ask a question and no staff was around.

The breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and attentive. Absolutely loved the location.

Got my credit card bill and was charged more then what the young lady told me .Also, needed to visit my son again to help him with some home damage, but because there was a football game the next day. The price of the room was 3 1/2 times higher.

The room is large and clean--actually it is a suite with furniture like sofa and side table. The breakfast is simple but OK to fill stomach. The lodging fee is not high so I can say this hotel is economical but also cost-effective.

When I checked in the staff at the front desk talked a lot on their personal issues. I do not think this is a professional behavior. The location is a bit out of town

Clean room. We got to hotel very late and could not find any parking. A truck with a boat took up 5 parking spaces so we had to park at the restaurant next door. We asked about towing and they said if the car got towed they were not liable. I thought that strange. You had no parking and I was forced to park elsewhere. Everything turned out fine.

The bathroom door wouldn't latch. No big deal since it was just me and my son for the evening, but it's an issue.

Beautiful hotel, room was clean and comfortable! Just want we needed. Mom traveling with two littles to see our older college kids! Pool was sparkling and perfect!! And the staff was amazing!

When I booked the website showed and said there was a hot tub which I was really looking forward to! And breakfast wasn’t great! But, all in all, great experience abd we will stay again!

Everything was fine with my room. Quiet. Clean. Great value! Bed very comfortable.

The strange smelling pile of dirty sheets in the hall on the floor as soon as the elevator doors opened that were there overnight. No bar soap available due to 'delivery back up'. Shampoo was offered for hair, hand and body washing.

the rooms need to be vacuumed a little better. you could still see crumbs on the floor and straw wrappers by the bed from the previous peoples stay.

Good price. Everything was great and clean and great breakfast.

I dont like the sink in the same room with the toilet.
