Loved the rooms, friendly and courteous staff, the only issue was during free breakfast takes a while to get food out but loved the taste. Pool water was warm and not freezing. Towels and extra bedding was provided for free. And milk was given for my baby when i ran out in the middle of the night. Loved the family friendly hotels. Would stay again when i go again.

Despite the hotel being located near an airport, the room was extremely quiet at night. The area surrounding the hotel had numerous restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. I read others reviews and they were helpful in selecting this hotel. The interstate was close by as well, but again, you didn't hear it in the room. The breakfast was excellent-omletes, turkey and pork sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and the other regular items. The breakfast staff kept the food coming and cleaned while they worked. Would highly recommend this hotel.

If it were possible to keep the breakfast food warmer, that would be my only recommendation!

Room 305 sat on the side of two large music venues. The music was so loud I could hear it in my room and it was like that until 2am. Then when they closed you could hear car engines roaring as they drove away. If you want to sleep without earplugs… request on EVEN NUMBERED ROOM .

Great location and easy access to entertainment, shopping and restaurants. The hotel provided Dove products in the room. They also provide toothpaste and toothbrushes upon request. The Wi-Fi connection worked with no issue. I was able to remote into work with no problems. Breakfast was good. The menu includes: pancakes, Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, cheese or veggie omelettes, turkey sausage patties, pork sausage links, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal bar, oatmeal bar, bagels, muffins, toast, coffee bar and your typical breakfast beverages.

The breakfast was average. The fruit and oatmeal were great. The eggs, and all other cooked items didn’t taste good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and especially friendly & patient to our big group of kids.

The pool was shut down on our last night there so we had 11 kids who didn’t have much to do physically. I prefer options of a suite, to be able to shut the door when children are sleeping.

Awesome room, in a nice part of Dallas. No shady looking stuff around, wasn't worried about coming out to my tires being taken from my truck. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom and shower were awesome. If we go back to dallas anytime soon, this is where we will stay.

Nothing, the staff was friendly and the location was safe with plenty of restaurants and fast food neraby.

Breakfast was great, loved the pool and the staff was friendly.

We reported that the carpet was wet between the beds as well as between the bed and couch and we were not offered another room or compensated. This was difficult as we had a 4 year old and a ten month old that we had to keep away from the wet area as we didn’t know where the water was coming from.

The lady who worked the front desk when we checked in was very nice throughout my whole stay. She was very pleasant but handled business during the busy check in hour. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was pretty good. The distance was not to far from Dallas Love Field and several restaurants were close by.

I’ve stayed in this hotel 2 times and I love it super clean , and the staff is very nice , Isabel is the one that cleaned my room and she did a great job also Berta gave me fresh clean towels everyone there is very nice great staff ! very pleased to stay here !

We enjoyed everything especially the pool. The staff was excellent. Loved the environment around us. Close to alot of entertaining places. Shower pressure was a plus. Loved the fact you couldn't hear the room next door and the noise level was at a zero which was a plus for us. Will most definitely be coming back... Thank you for the experience.
