I had booked a room online for a discounted rate. when I arrived, Sonesta's computer was being updated and the clerk was not able to book me in at that moment. She was nice enough to find me a room and, as she stated, the update can take several hours. So she took my info and made a copy and we both agreed that she'll call me when it's time to run the transaction., regardless of the hour. I never heard the phone ring, however, at 8am I checked messages. She had left a message that she had run my account, but it was $20+ more than what I had originally booked the room for. So I spoke to the clerk on duty, and, she stated that I came in too early and then don't do early check in so I was charged normal fees. I explained to her the system was being updated and if it weren't, then I could've made a decision whether to stay and be charged full fee or come back at normalcheck in. She didn't care and charged me anyways.

They should have honored my online booking. Especially since the system was down and I had repeatedly told asked the clerk if ahe wanted to look at it on my phone.

It is a wonderful suite and met all my needs. The wifi was adequate and allowed me to accomplish my work related task with ease The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful

The facilities were a little unclean. My room had a funny odor in like a lingering body odor. The service desk was helpful but frequently slow to respond.

We were moving our son to Dallas for a new job and we were concerned about the safety and the location. The location was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and the parking lot/area was secure. I felt safe the entire time we were there. We also had a dog traveling with us and we were happy with the quietness of the location for him.

Booking.com only reserved 1 room instead of 2 when I reserved 2 on the website. The staff were able to get us a room (we arrived around 10 pm) and the rooms were close together.

Bed was comfortable. Temperature of room.Sunlight in the morning. Everything in the room worked except the burner.

Stovetop burner seemed to work but it took 1.25 hours to scramble 1 egg. No internet all weekend which probably was the biggest concern. Used personal data connection. Staff initially made a few remarks that were conditional and not as welcoming but they ended up being friendly and helpful at the end.

Bad thing all around. Weed smells all the way all around the building but they said they told the guy who was with me, my son, my room is a no smoking! I said ok, but you still smell weed all around the building.

As soon as I checked in and walked in the room I literally fell in love! Honestly wasn’t expecting it. The neatness, nicely stacked dishes it’s amazing!! Definitely recommend.

Extremely helpful employees! Eric the manager helped me with issues I was having and didn't hesitate to help.

I was there for a while. The fact house keeping only knocked on my door once and asked did I need towels. But they were down the hall so all I had to do was ask. But they were nice.
