My stay was for 5 days in December 2024, and this is your PSA: I DID NOT SEE A ROACH AT THIS HOTEL COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS NEARBY VIA GOOGLE REVIEWS. The location is near Central Expressway (75) and travel is easier by car to downtown proper, Richardson, Plano, I-635, etc. The hotel was in a nicer area and is relatively on the quiet side. Notable amenities are 24hr fitness center, laundry, lobby computers, and included breakfast. Never had good waffles like buckwheat vanilla mixed ones before. Staff is attentive and helpful to guest's needs, especially when asking for directions and local restaurant recommendations. Overall, this was a good choice over a regular AirBnb at the time.

There are two things that I found issues with, which are public walkways and the air vent in the bathroom. This is not a problem on the hotel's part but the city's design in general. If the person staying in Dallas needs to travel to nearby stores, walking can be an inconvenience. Limited sidewalk. As for the bathroom, I think the bathroom needs an electric air vent to take out smells. Self-explanatory there and I could not locate any switch for the air vent. Results may vary.

The staff was amazing. The front office manager Damon was very helpful, polite and patient. I had issues with my cards to pay for the stay, he was very accommodating until I worked it out with the bank. I didn’t know what I was going to do but Damon stated no problem we’re here to help! Once I straighten it out, they checked me right in. It was a great experience. We were moving from Houston to Dallas so this was an extended stay until our apartment was ready with our dog. so it was really nice to have a place that accommodated our dog as well. The entire staff was wonderful.

Carpets in hallway were wet with hoses strewn down them when I arrived. Moved by next morning but fans drying carpets were still there when I left. Sink in kitchenette in my room was stopped up and the only USB port in the room wasn’t working. Overall, I realize things happen like what was causing carpets to be wet, but those things along with small issues in my room will likely keep me from choosing this hotel again.

The staff was super friendly! We needed help with something in our room and two employees had to come assist and they were both so kind! The man that prepared breakfast was so nice as well! The staff makes all the difference when staying in a hotel! I appreciate their kindness!!

We could have used more lighting but I think that is all hotel rooms! Ha!

The size of the room and facilities were good. This is the third questionnaire for this hotel I am filling out. I wonder why??? The staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast served in all plastic. For us Europeans this is a disgrace. too much junk food. The only eatable things were some boiled berries and fresh apples, bananas, oranges, everything else was junk.

We had a king suite. Everything was wonderful! A large living room and kitchen area and separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow was soft and squishy... which I loved. Many times hotels have pillows that are just too 'fluffy' and are uncomfortable. Everything about this room was perfect and very reasonably priced for all that it offered.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Everything was just perfect!

This property is 4 minute walking distance from Glaucoma Associates of Texas, where I had to go everyday as early as 6:30AM and I found it really convenient as there was no need of Uber / Lyft. Although there are no proper sidewalks, but I managed my way to my work place very conveniently. The kitchen was fabulous and the provision of utensils, cutlery, refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher, impressed me the most and I felt like being at home. I would definitely stay here for a longer time next time.The breakfast options were nice and healthy, but there were no vegetarian options in savoury items ( In India we eat Poha, idli dosa sambhar, upma etc - Salt is really necessary in breakfast). The staff was friendly and polite. Pets were allowed, I liked that. Food delivery by Uber was allowed till our room, which was also helpful. There was an ATM in the facility, which was such a great help. The Wifi was good too.

We had to weigh our luggages before we could take our flights (as we lost our luggage weighing scale in Austin), we had difficulty as the property had no weighing scale. So i would recommend to keep a weighing scale (handheld one) in case any guest needs it in emergency, more so those who have come from overseas. Also, I would recommend a few spare umbrellas to be kept so that the guests can borrow in case of unexpected rains. The sofas in the lobby were a little unclean but overall ambience was pleasant. In breakfast, some vegetarian savoury options like vegetable cheese sandwich/ tomato ketchup/ french fries can be kept.

I like that there is a full sized refrigerator in the room.

The property is literally hidden off of the highway, beside an apartment complex, in the middle of a massive construction site that maybe in process for another year or so. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom sink. The floor was sticky in front of the refrigerator. The drinking glasses and utensils had residue of food and lipstick on them. The coffee maker had mold in it. The bed, couch, and everything else was clean.

The 2 African American guys at the desk at ck in was not friendly at all .....They told me that they didn't have my room because I booked thur a 3rd party and told me to call Booking. com about the problem after getting them on the phone they said we have a room but not what you booked but charged me the same price after embarrassing me and my family at check in will not be going back then said let me no if the air works only 2 wash clothes 2 dry towels came with my room I had 4 adults had to beg for more towels will not go back.....
