Best hotel in Dallas, I will definitely be staying here again, in fact, this will be the only Hotel I stay at going forward. Me and my family stay at this hotel every year to visit family and they are always so hospitable and clean! The front desk are Super friendly, but the housekeeping ladies could be a little more hospitable, but not bad enough to keep me from staying there. The breakfast is the best hands down in that area!! Thanks front desk you all are AWESOME!!

Housekeeping could be more friendlier when asking for towels, couldn’t use pool because it was not cleaned, but I would still stay here with or without a pool

Real cutlery and china ware instead of paper and wood in room and for breakfast. Decor was a bit dated

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was well stocked with a great variety of selections.

Could not find the workout room. Don’t know if there was a pool

Our experience started most excellently. We arrived at 7 am and after an all-night flight, we were beat. Even though check-in was not going to be until 3 pm, the night manager checked us in immediately and we were able to get our bags put in the room and grab some breakfast. The breakfast was top-notch! It was well stocked, had a very large variety of food, was clean and comfortable and modern. The breakfast staff was on top of everything there. This hotel was well-run, well-managed, and kind. Our stay was most comfortable. We were there for 5 days.

We loved everything! We literally had no complaints.

I love the fact that I was greeted by the front desk with one amazing young man, he told me on the phone that he would make my check in easy so I could go get rest, he even made a joke that I didn't catch on to at first but it was funny. They had complimentary bottled water for the guests.

The only thing I didn't like was they didn't have a microwave in the room and I was on the second floor having to go downstairs to warm food. Then having to wait until a few people finish.

Breakfast was good, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, milk, orange juice & cereal. Room was quiet. The bed was firm, but comfortable. Paul was working the front desk and he was very nice. Sheila in the breakfast area was very busy and did a great job.

Finding 2 roaches crawling on the wall. Management was notified and will spray.

The staff was exceptional!!!! Barb, Yvette, and Vidal (front desk) were just superb!! and Sheila, who runs the cafe in the mornings for breakfast was exceptional. She made everyone feel so welcome and really kept everything clean, food fresh, and morning meals happy!! Exceptional staff!!!

cleanliness of the room

It was clean and close to everything. We drove 5 hours to attend the Midieval Times and the welcoming and friendliness of the receiving staff made it a nice arrival. Nick, the friendly assistant manager, checked us in and gave us a nice room in “the basement” or did he mean the dungeon?! LOL. His funny sense of humor made our day! The best part of this hotel, which we didn't know was we could literally walk over to the Midieval Times castle as it shared the same fence.

It was a little difficult to find as it was hidden towards the back of the cluster of hotels in the same complex.

Staff is nice, helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It seemed like anytime I was out and about and came back to the hotel someone was cleaning something. The breakfast is the usual fare but hot fresh and tasty. Given the cost of hotel stays these days, it's a good value.

WiFi was pretty slow but useable.
