Was quiet, giving that most rooms were taken by oil field employees, I was surprised that we did not smell the dirt and mud you usually smell. Was very impressed on the room, extremely clean. Felt I was in the city, decor was not what I expected in that small town. Would stay again. 😏

The cable service was not great, unsure if internet but kept going out, so made it extremely hard to enjoy a movie or TV show.

I liked the lady at the front desk, the room layout, that it was tidy and seemed clean and that the bed was comfortable.

I was on family business, not passing through when I needed to stay Floresville. I hit a dreadful heat spell in June, but I had a good stay at the Executive Inn & Suites. I’d found this property in April through Booking.com. I’d booked for three nights, but had to leave early; I was able to cancel that last night without a problem. In June I booked for six nights, then suddenly needed to stay another two nights -- right before a very busy week-end. I envisioned having to move to a different room, but they were able to have me stay in the same room. Both rooms I stayed in were suites, with higher ceilings, larger than most motel rooms, That was a plus for me as I was working 2-4 hours in my room, using the motel’s internet (still listed as Super 8). It would not support streaming, but was great for what I needed to do. A huge plus for me were the full-sized refrigerators with separate freezers. The microwaves were small, but adequate; I am not a restaurant lover, and prefer to eat in my room. You do need to have your own utensils, plates, etc. with you for a longer stay such as mine. H-E-B grocery is near-by. The manager and his wife are a team. She happened to be at the front desk with him when I arrived in June. She recognized me from April -- I’d driven nearly 1,000 miles and being recognized was a pleasant surprise. The Patels work together and with their staff during the day, so yes, sometimes no one is at the front desk. I was always able to reach them quickly by using the available lobby phone. One unusual incident stands out for me: the intense heat caused a brown-out early one morning, then a black-out. Rocky was outside as several of us were coming out of our rooms. He’d already called the local electric company, two transformers had exploded. I appreciated Rocky’s calmness, and I left for the day knowing the air conditioning would be working again before I returned that evening.

It was easy to find. The room was good.

Everything was great and well executed. Everyone on the staff cared about everything and always made sure I had what I needed. The room was very well provided and clean! Truly great TV, Wi-Fi , coffee and more!

Room was spacious with a sofa & cooled very well (very hot & humid in Floresville).

I didn't have any hot water but, in the heat of the area, was able to overlook.
