Facility was very clean.. The breakfast was Great.. worth waking up on time for .. I say that cause I woke up late the first day . I caught the end of it but it was still food left. The guy up front Matt was pretty cool and friendly…I would definitely recommend this place to anyone .. The only thing I didn’t like was the jacuzzi area was closed that weekend That was one of the main things that attracted me there…but I understand it was 54 degrees . It was still worth it. Me and my wife had a great Anniversary..

The house keepers were a little slow getting to our room to clean and give us fresh towels

The included breakfast was actually good! Other places just have stale pastries or cereal but this place had a wide selection. I also like that this location feel relatively safe and it is relatively clean

I was annoyed there were some mystery stains on walls and on the chair in my room plus the Keurig was dirty but those issues would not stop me from staying here again or recommending it to others. I’m also not a fan of that $50 hold it takes too long to be removed

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. Also, for breakfast, they give you the option to serve your food on a to-go container so you can enjoy it in your room. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well stocked with toiletries.

It’s not the hotel’s fault, but it is 15-20 mins away from most of the places I needed to go. There’s a lot of construction near the area.

I was impressed the moment we walked into the hotel. There was a clean fresh smell as you entered the lobby and we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. Their hot breakfast was delicious and the food was fresh.

Absolutely zero complaints.

All of it, the Hotel was so clean the pool was nice and clean the morning Breakfast, both mornings was great. Would stay there again if I happen to need a place in that part San Antonio in the future

Not a big deal but the bathroom lighting is a little dim. But I know they are low usage lamps.

Breakfast was not so good. Cook refused to cook bacon and time was not up yet but according to her it takes 25 minutes to cook. But she is the only one cooking all of this.

Friendliness of staff and check in clerks.

I thought the breakfast was tasty and their was a variety of different foods. Something for everyone to enjoy. I especially loved the egg cheese omelette. The tea section could’ve more selections. Chamomile tea should be added as well as mint tea.

The elevator took a long time to come to 4th it was a bit slow.

Every moment I walked in or out of the lobby entrance, I was greeted. When I just had a bad restaurant experience, I was greeted very well to the point it was a reminder how I'm glad to be staying here and everyone isn't rude. The room was very clean! I went with my own disinfectant spray but there wasn't a bad review on housekeeping. They did their job and beyond. When I needed an item, front desk was quick to act. The breakfast was very sanitary. They served tacos, cute to-go bags, and mini juice cartons. The pool was warm and there is a limit of guests. There's a Walmart across the highway with friendly service as well. I would totally recommend again. My room neighbor had loud music in the restroom but I couldn't hear it in the bedroom area!

Lack of mask enforcement in the elevator though there were signs. No entrance on the back road.

We loved and enjoyed our stay in here the whole staff was professional friendly and polite. The whole place was extra clean breakfast was warm and fullfiling to my kids. All in all we had best time in this Hotel.
