The first night we stayed we had rooms right next to each other, but then we left for one night and returned the next nights they moved my husband and I to a room downstairs which was great because they said they were keeping us away from the big loud noisy wedding party on the third floor, however they moved my daughter and son in law to a room on the 5th floor and they were confirmed to have a king bed and they were given two full beds and the room was hot. We were told that they were all the same price and they didn't care that it was an incovenience. They didn't want to talk about it at all.

The hotel is located close to food and retail and a beautiful area for walking with lovely landscaped paths, water features and falls. Staff was very informative and helpful. The hotel bed was very comfortable and the room cool and quiet.

The bistro was a little overpriced.

The toilet was too low to the floor!!!! We made several trips to the main bathroom on the ground floor!

We travelled to Dallas recently to visit our son. We stayed at the Marriot in Flower Mound as it was close to his house. The staff were so helpful and on our arrival were kind enough to drive us to a restaurant where we were meeting our son..... Thank you!

Very clean. Nice smell. Room had a love seat and it was comfortable while watching TV

The bathroom was amazing! Beautiful, spacious, and actually had shelving in the shower for our toiletries which is so often lacking in most hotels!

Would have liked to have been able to get a fresh brewed hot gourmet coffee, but we understand the restristions and precautions due to covid. We hit up a Starbucks nearby instead!

Very pretty and the location was great conveniently located to many things. Rate was fare. Staff was kind.

You have to schedule the cleaning which we did from 10 to 2 and got back and it was not clean. Then we told him we'd be gone from 4 to 10 and the room was never cleaned.

The location was perfect! The staff was friendly.

There are no microwaves in the rooms. The walls are very thin.
