Everything about this hotel was MARVELOUS! The breakfast was A1! The fact that they had not ONE but FOUR waffle makers was impressive! The pool was very clean and the patio was nice as well! The rooms were VERY clean and housekeeping cleaned our room daily. Staff was absolutely the best hotel staff I have ever come across! They were very nice and made you feel like a priority! They also had a bar and the staff there were awesome!

I think the patio area needs some kind of shade or umbrellas for the tables. And maybe add a few more tables to the patio.

Hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, which I liked,I was on the ground floor, which suited me as I do struggle to walk on bad days with my knees,my room was close to the pool,but the pool is very small,you can't swim in it.

The breakfast wasn't my thing, very disappointing, even though it was included we ate out, I found everything over processed, and just poor quality. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible, I don't know how ladies do there make up, lack of space in the bathroom to put toiletries and hang towels for 2 people,I don't mind using a towel again but there is no where to hang a couple of towels to dry,lack of draws in the room,if your staying for 5 days or more you want to be able to unpack your suitcase, it's OK if your just here for a couple of night to live out of a suitcase.

Great room, clean hotel, it is well taken care for, it feels overall safe, nicely decorated rooms, we loveeeeed the coffee at breakfast and throughout the day!!! and the fruits also available for guests all day long! Some of the staff was great!!! in doing a great job, specially the lady in the breakfast area, and the last guy (sorry forgot his name) in the reception & the manager great people doing their jobs with excellence!

one of the ladies in the reception, very lazy! we told her there was no more water for drinking, we went out for 3-4 hours, when we came back she hadn't done anything, and we knew it from how she answered when we asked her, the other lady in the reception delivered the job later...

The staff was great and helpful and answered all our questions and even allowed us to do a late check out on our last day. The room was clean when we arrived and the daily clean ups help keep the room tidy. The area was great it was only a few minutes away from the training center.

The breakfast was good but I think I our tastes are different from the selection that was provided. Everything was hot and I could tell was well prepared. I’m not sure if it the nervousness of the trip or what but the food didn’t sit well with me after the second day. I did eat other food like the bagels and the muffins. Just tried to stay away from the eggs.

Wonderful hotel, super clean, tasteful decoration, huge and comfortable bed, nice breakfast, signature toilet amenities, many pillows and towels, fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room, free parking. This hotel has it all and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The staff that handled the check in and check out were greatly efficient and very polite. This is a great stay and I enjoyed my time at the hotel very much. I totally recommend it for a wonderful stay with plenty of nice rest.

Everything was just perfect.

The property was a great location. Very clean and comfortable

The front desk staff was not welcoming. We arrived very late 1130 pm and were told our two queen was not available and given a King. We ask if they had a cart for our luggage and the front desk clerk said “If they aren’t by the door you will have to go look on the different floors to find one”. We were to tired and my son had a game at 10am. We just went up and down. Didn’t feel it was my job to go look on the different floors for carts at that hour. The other staff were very friendly but first impression say a lot. Will not stay here again.

Honestly, this may have been one of the best stays we've had. The hotel's décor was esthetically pleasing, both in the main areas and our room. Our room was excellent, including the bed, size of the room, amenities. The bathroom was awesome! This hotel provides good quality body wash, shampoo/conditioner (not travel size, but full bottles). Even though we do not typically use hotel soaps..etc. I found myself using these! ALSO, the breakfast and coffee options were Excellent! I will definitely being staying here again when we come back to see family.

Beautiful room, spacious

The room that I booked was booked because it showed a sitting area with a couch in the picture and the room I received only had a small chair. I am also a disabled veteran and when I asked the best place to park to be close to my room the desk girl said to park at the end of the building closest to the convenience store and my room would be upstairs from there, our room was actually all the way up the hallway on the opposite side of the building from what she showed me on the map. The elevators are central so she should have had us park closest to the lobby, I was so winded by the time I got to the room I almost passed out.

The staff was great. They were attentive and always smiling. I appreciate their smiling faces as it is not characteristic of many hotels.

My room was not thoroughly clean. The bed linens were stained, there were products stuck to the door, makeup on the work table, and the bathroom had peeling wall paper and visible dirt in the corners. While superficially it appears clean, it was not thoroughly clean, and I ended up cleaning myself with disinfectant wipes and Lysol spray.

Sweet Audry helped me. The food was better than just ok, not excellent but Audry needs a big raise, sweetest and so helpful.

The smell of bacon cooking so early travels. The hotel room was fine. There is major constructlocation. On next to this lication. My car got a big long scratch. I was parked real close to my entry, something happened, looks like a workers ladder long scratch. Can't prove, lady up front came out and said camera did not work from that direction to see what could have happened. It's going to be my only car, it's 14, I pointed it out, what else could I do?
