Everything! We were in town visiting family for New Year’s and had a really bad experience at another hotel. Moved to this one and let’s just say that moving forward anytime we’re in Fort Worth we will be staying here. The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom had everything we needed, really appreciated the Dove products. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

No complaints. Everything was excellent.

Every member of the staff that I encountered was pleasant and helpful no matter what time of the day I came or with the rooms are clean and the hotel was formed everything smelled fresh and inviting.

I'm a very last night of my stay my air conditioner stopped working it wasn't something that could be fixed it happened in the middle of the night. My only other thing I would change is if housekeeping would refill the toiletries on the sink each day.

It's always a good feeling when I walk through the doors. The staffing is consistent, its not new faces but the same, so it's like coming to see family.. I get so excited to see them. And they are so friendly and cheerful. I love that!

Their breakfast station is set up as a buffet. I love how clean everything was in each station upon what they're serving each day. They do serve American food and there's different options you can choose from. Everything was fresh & delicious! My friend and I went back for seconds. Breakfast do ends at 9:30am which is great for guests who doesn't like to wake up early. Nice little area to have breakfast in or outside by the patio. There's also a coffee station for guests who loves their morning coffee. I love how the location is very quiet even though it's across the freeway. Reminder your hotel rooms are facing the freeway. I do recommend this hotel because breakfast, parking comes with your stay. Staff are super friendly! I can go on about this place. :D

I love how friendly and attentive the staff was. I also liked that they did respect the Do Not Disturb sign on our door. The room was really clean, and the environment was excellent! We will be definitely booking again!

you cannot improve perfection. Hopefully they will improve the access to the hotel.

LOVED the windows and curtains/blinds and how dark it got in the room. We could have gone to bed at noon. It was PERFECT. The room was so large and the furnishings were the most modern I've ever seen in a hotel. The kind of furnishing that you see online when you look at hotel photos but you never actually get those kinds of rooms. Well, we did. And one lamp even had the option to use international outlets.

The front desk clerk Ms. SHERRI was excellent. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She solved all our concerns. She's the best!!!!!

Breakfast was delicious hot and a clean area with variety to choose from.

The ceiling in bathroom leaked and flooded but staffed moved me from 227 to 223 quick and efficiently

Theres a strong chlorine smell on the first floor caused by the indoor pool
