Every morning, lunch and dinner, the food was excellent. Dominique & Kacey were excellent waitresses, very attentive to us in getting us what we asked for. So was the others was very kind & attentive, I just don't remember their names. The cleaning crew was very nice in the hallway, very pleasant in saying "good morning". I appreciate that. I loved the hot cookies. The front desk was very generous with giving me one. Kenny was very pleasant &helpful with finding the carts and helping us loan and unload our cars. He was a Godsent.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I am 74yrs old and the toilet is very low for seniors. Doubletree need to invest in taller toilets. I was put in a room at the very last room on the floor. Too much walking. I did asked to change rooms closer to the lobby which I did received on the second day. I was very happy for that. I think you shouldn't be charging for parking. I was charged for my roommate who rode in the car with me, my fees were reimburse. In all, I would go back to Doubletree Hotel.

Everything was like you would expect of a hotel at this price point. The staff was very nice.

You have to pay for parking. This is a hotel outside of Fort Worth on the side of I-35 with a parking lot (not parking garage) that is 75% empty. I could see paying when inside the city, but outside? It felt greedy and was annoying. When booking I did not realize it was just off the interstate in an area that made us question the security of our vehicle. Had I paid attention, I probably would have selected a different hotel. The sink had clearly not been cleaned as it contained a large clump of some man’s whiskers. Last, there were Keurigs in the room, but we were surprised there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Everything was fine else was fine.

Staff was friendly, and our rooms were clean. Breakfast had a good selection, and the area was clean. Easy to get another room when the bathroom was not functioning in one of our rooms. The front desk representative was very accommodating and handled the situation perfectly.

The property is very dated. I was extremely surprised that they didn't offer a place to get free coffee in the morning. You must ask the breakfast attendant to bring it out or purchase it from the Starbucks. Very annoying as I just wanted a cup of regular coffee. I don't feel like the photographs were an accurate representation of the condition of this facility.

The location wasn’t too bad, I was able to get on the highway quick. The room was spacious and the bed was really the best part it was sooo comfortable. Cleaning service came every day. The hotel door was heavy and I like that for security reasons.

My shower did not get hotter than luke warm which was the worst. Room service was an issue, the first time I call they hung on me then I called again and the man was rushing me over the phone. When I finally got my food 45 minutes later my chicken tenders weren’t all the way cooked so it was wasted moving. I didn’t drive but got charged for $15 for parking which made no sense as it wasn’t a secure type of parking

Our suite #134 it was just as I had requested a 1 King size bedroom with a separate living space with a half bath excellent just perfect. This way while my partner showered I was able to use the other restroom in private and peacefully. I was finally able to receive the much needed sleep very peacefully I have been recharged well rested the only thing I didn’t get was my breakfast I slept thru breakfast it was over when I woke up. I am looking forward to re-booking the exact room # 134 1 King size bedroom suite for maybe 2 or 3 nights next time. Ella the front desk reception she excelled in the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you so very much.

The lobby is beautiful and very inviting. Parking was easy to access and in a good location, felt safe and there are parking lot cameras as well. Restaurant was very clean and gave a homey western feel with upscale dinner options. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Rooms are a bit far from the lobby, you have to walk a ways to get to the elevator, and you can tell the hotel decreases in quality as you go. Elevator was a bit rickety, and plumbing was weak in the room (toilet hardly flushed and water pressure in shower was low, but still hot).

The room was spot on. I reserved a handicap room and it was wonderful

The pool for real was way way way to much chlorine. An open window would have been great. My eyes were burning and could only stay about 20 minutes. I was not told that parking is charged...why? What if I had no car and an Uber instead? The Buffett being $17.95 is way to high after spending $140 a night ..

The location was great. The bed was awesome. Big shower with hot hot water! The staff were really nice!

The wifi was horrible. The staff attempted to help solve the problem but it was just no good. I almost asked to try a different room but I didn’t want to move all of my stuff. Also the layout of the hotel was odd and the pool was closed.

My family of 4 loved the room and wish we’d made more time of our trip to Texas in Fort Worth. The hotel was worth the price and staff were very nice. It isn’t necessarily close to the stockyards, which is where we were visiting with small kids, but close to restaurants for a late night snack. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub as well.
