Great location with nice, easy to use valet parking. Very clean and bright. All the employees are kind, helpful, and professional. Nice that you some free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink tickets for each person staying in the room. Rooms very good size, and the beds were very comfortable.

Only thing that I didn't like was that there was no vent in the bathroom to help get rid of the steam.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for my stay! They offered a lot of comforts and services.

There's not much of a view. Breakfast was cold, had to wait a long time for it to heat up. The prices were outrageous at the time. I understand there was a game that weekend but that room normally goes for less than half what I paid

Swimming pool - not the reason we booked the hotel but the few times we went to it, it looked like it needed a clean or a filter so we went away again! Air con - quite a large and very noisy unit. Kept using it as needed to regulate the heat but it could do with being updated

Everything else was absolutely top notch. Excellent interactions with every single employee. They honored our requests on room location. Great room, and perfect location to not need to drive anywhere downtown. We will definitely stay there again.

The shower in our room wasn't as clean as it should have been, and same for the pool & hottub water.

The location is fantastic. The breakfast is included and IS NOT that weak continental cornerstore garbage. Space + location + breakfast + cost = a value that can't be be beat in the downtown area.

Theres an old white guy at the valet that sounds drunk and references tips every time you speak to him. Just dont make eye contact or casual conversation with him.

The whirlpool bathroom was amazing! Very nice and helpful staff; that includes valet, bellhops, and front desk. Everyone was great! The breakfast was also really good. This hotel will even make pancakes and omelets. There's biscuits and gravy too!

It was pricey though for some things that need upgrading. They do have complimentary drinks, and it's free because the alcohol is bottom shelf. The vodka my husband had was HORRIBLE. For the price of the rooms, I think they could do better and at least use Smirnoff or even Pinnacle; however, I did like the margarita though, so the tequila was okay.
