As part of my tour of Texas (16 days) and a cruise to Mexico. Parking no problems, Check in easy. Requested a quiet room and this was allocated to me. Little shop for extras, Breakfast choices good, kept clean and topped up. Nice to see a gentleman in a jack (possibly manager/owner) (Mr. Lewis??) helping with everyday tasks and engaging with staff respectfully. Got the shuttle bus to town with the driver Patricia – she is a star and an asset to the business. Would stay again if in are. thank you.

Everything was clean from the lobby to the room. Staff was extremely nice. Hillary was especially nice. The tv in our room was glitching she kept apologizing cause she couldn't get anyone til the morning. We told her not to worry since we were checking out in the morning. But overall great place. Highly recommend.

Having to pay for parking. But like I said overall fantastic place. Highly highly recommend.

The staff were exceptional! Everyone we encountered were helpful, warm, and attentive. We were greeted pleasantly every time we walked through the lobby and it almost felt like staff members k ew us personally and treated us like good friends.

Parking was tight and location isn’t that attractive but it was close to the arena which was what we needed. Only one elevator was working.

Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was perfect for where we were going. The room was clean and all staff were very helpful.

The only thing that I saw that would bother me would be the hot tub and swimming pool. The first night we stayed there my son and I swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. But I was a little concerned about the hot tub. It was a little dirty and I couldn't smell any chlorine in hot tub or pool. I think it should be checked and cleaned on a daily basis.

Location was great and it was very clean. The staff was the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. There seemed to be plenty of staff members and they were very well trained. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows.

The elevator. One was closed the whole time. The other made suspicious noises and weird light displays.

The employees were friendly and answered questions in regard to the area. I especially liked the "desk people" they looked like they enjoyed their job.

I thought the breakfasts were repetitive and tasteless. At other Holiday Inn Expresses they have varying egg dishes. I was there 5 mornings and every morning the hot food was the same. Scrambles eggs were overcooked, bacon was raw, and sausages were dry. The biscuits and cinnamon rolls were very good.

The staff was great, the room was clean and the location was what I needed.

The parking was a challenge given the fact that there were so few spots for so many rooms. There was minimal lighting in the room and only the mirror in the bathroom, which made it difficult for multiple people to get ready at the same time. The beds were a bit hard.

Clean and not over priced. Families are looking for clean, comfortable and convenient/close to the Harris Hospital when they have family in hospital.

Parking was a terrible problem. Too many large pick-up trucks blocking driveway and blocking the very few open parking spots. Need area for big trucks so smaller vehicles can park.

well we had to change rooms because I'm husband needed a sofa or recliner & the 1st room didn't have one .be my husband spoke to the receptionist & the move us to one that did have one . she was very nice since the moment we walked in.

The breakfast offered was bad don't if it was just for that day or not. The patotoes was hard dried out just nasty, the eggs was burned and the sausage patties were horrible. There were no regular sugar for coffee or tea. Therefore, we didn't have the pleasure to eat or enjoy breakfast. Other then the food our stay was a pleasure
