The family who owns this hotel is the best. I enjoy my time staying with them each time. They are very helpful & will work to accommodate the needs of their guests. Great AC, which is important in Texas. The beds are very comfortable. The place is clean. It is relatively quiet during the week.

Really, there wasn't anything to note. The front parking lot is usually packed during the week. That's the only negative I found.

I could smell smoke in the hallways real bad and I was on a no,smoking floor. But couldn't smell in the room so it wasn't an issue.

Loved how friendly the staff was and professional made us feel right at home with everything will deffinently be back.

Wish there would've been breakfast but also understood that not all hotels have breakfast other than that loved our stay there

Very rare do you get breakfast at a motel so this was really nice. Facility was very clean staff were friendly and the room was perfect. Great stay!!

The location was close to the job I was working on and close to dining.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and professional. She was super sweet! My stay was pleasant. Location near restaurants and stores which was a plus. When you walk in, the smell of cleaning products hits you which made me smile, they definitely make sure its clean and sanitized but I always carry my own to ensure its to my liking.

Wasn't a huge fan of the shower curtain, it couldn't contain the water. Beware if you pack heavy, there's no elevator and the stairs will give you a workout.

very clean and attractive room. chose this hotel for proximity to conference I was attending.

somewhat noisy - seemed like walls were not well insulated, so conversations in next room and noise in hall were intrusive at times. Lobby not as attractive as the room was, it looked rather low budget. only saw one staff member at check in— no one at front desk when I left or returned each day. Not a big deal as I did not require anything.

Common areas and room was clean. Staff was super friendly and fast service. Kids loved the ice cream machine in the lobby. Comfortable beds. Great location.

Only thing I saw that wasn’t clean was there was urine on both sides of the base of the toilet. More towels would have been nice. Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

The air conditioner didn't seem to be working properly but it was acceptable. Wish the amenities would include a toothbrush or a small bottle of mouthwash.

Staff was very welcoming, quick checkin process, the room met expectations and was very clean with cold AC. The bed and pillows were comfortable as well. Highly reccommend a stay at this location, we will be returning customers.

The parking was rather inconvenient, spots are rather tight to get in and out of comfortably. The ice machine was broken (not a deal breaker for us), aside from above I was not displeased with anything else.
