Room size great. Breakfast delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. 24 hour coffee helped me work late!

Tile in vanity area cracked. I understand remodeling is going on but I was in shower in afternoon and the water temp went from comfy to very hot and wouldn’t change. Had to turn it off then on. Finally it stayed ok. As soon as I got out I heard loud noise then water pressure dropped to a trickle…then heard sawing. After a bit water pressure returned to normal. Contractors should ALWAYS check w front desk before working on adjoining rented rooms and someone needs to call the occupants to notify. I’d be furious if water went off with shampoo in my hair!

Staff accomodated my reqyested room change. All staff was extremely ciurtious and attentive. Location was perfect and the room perfect.

Wish the breakfast had mire hot options other than breakfast sandwiches. Would have been nice to have fresh scrambled eggs, potatoes and meat.

Good breakfast; good location

The inside of the building is nice; the outside was not maintained as well. The red fire lanes need to be repainted. The blue sidewalk areas need to be repainted. I’m a former property/ facility manager; I would have been severely disciplined for failing to maintain a property in that condition. Appearance is everything.

The staff at this property were amazing! Every single one of them had a smile and were super nice. it didn’t matter what time of day or night. The night we came in we had my daughters ag mech project in the back of the pickup and the guy at the front desk found a spot for us to keep it so that we didn’t have to worry about anything happening to it over night!

The only thing I didn’t like was having to remember to tell them I wanted my room cleaned.

Everyone and everything was just amazing!! Thank you so much to all of the stuff for making our stay so great. Will be staying here again on my next trip to Texas.

The elevators were a bit messed up, but wasn't that big of a deal for us.

hot tub, breakfast, location and room

didn’t have hot water the first night, difficulty reaching service after 10pm, no tv remote control

The room had just a couple minor cleaning issues and the gentleman in charge was quick to take care of it. Shanella, from housekeeping, wasted no time in joyfully making sure the room was perfect. She was amazing and such a joy to talk with. I can't say enough about Jada....she happily made sure that greeting and taking care of the guests was her top priority. The 1st night I was exhausted from a long day of traveling, to the point of being ill, and she picked up on the fact that I was not feeling well right away and offered to walk me to my room. Service way beyond expectation! Thank you Jada and Shanella from the bottom of my heart. Kathy R

It was close to where i was going. The bed was comfortable,ac work well,hot breakfast but had seen better for this hotel it was alright.

Check out time was 12noon, more better handicap accessible, price changes always some hidden fee when charge on card. Over all a good stay

Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious and very organized. My kids loved the pool.

The laundry was out of order. And they are a little expensive. But otherwise very good.

The comfort of the room front desk workers was amazing

Phone was broken in room, some food was expired at breakfast n pool was close at to go next door
