The rooms are super comfortable, new, fresh and modern. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. I rarely eat waffles, but I tried theirs, WOW. Best waffle I've ever had in my life. Literally like a dessert. Eggs were super tasty too like real eggs.

Be sure to ask for daily cleaning if you are staying multiple days, upon check in. We made the mistake of going along with the every other day cleaning and we were missed, even after calling and confirming. We stayed 4 days and we needed towels and garbages emptied on day 3 and they missed us (even after calling twice to confirm). Not happy.

Breakfast was the same thing for the two days we was there and the pictures the hotel showed for breakfast was a joke.plus they didn’t have a restaurant what it said they do and no spa either .plus I don’t understand why people have to pay for parking each night if they are staying at your hotel it should be free of charge .but it was a nice hotel but I would look for something I don’t have to pay parking

It was a great facility near the Dickies Arena. Great beds and the larger room with a walled off sitting area was wonderful. You could sign in to your personal accounts like Netflix and view on room flat screen. Very clean with a great and friendly front desk staff.

Breakfast was pre-prepared items..less than what less expensive properties provide and not what was expected from its advertising BUT the coffee was good and the pre prepared waffles were surprisingly good. Beer and wine was available in a vending machine…a nice plus.

Breakfast was included. Great location for walking to DIckie's Arena since parking there was quite expensive. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Near to freeway entrance.

Breakfast was all pre-packaged - cereal, pre-made breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, drinks, pre-packaged waffles. Noise from the freeway was a little loud. We asked for a room on the side away from the road which was granted. We asked for clean towels to be provided each day when we checked in. The following morning we asked again and still when we returned that evening, still not provided.

The hotel was unbelievably clean! No matter how nice a hotel I stay at, I always have problems with their bathrooms and their beds, but at this hotel I felt totally at ease and didn't get that creeped out feeling that I usually get

The room was very clean and had a comfy bed.

The front desk person that checked us in wasn't too friendly and she should have been since she's the first person of contact. She should be more pleasant and smile more.

The staff, especially Sylvia at the front desk, was wonderful. Very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Sylvia even gave us great recommendations for nearby activities. The breakfast was also fantastic. Out of all of our different hotels on our trip to Texas, this was the best breakfast we had. Loved the mini egg bakes and breakfast sandwiches!

The staff was super friendly and check in was quick and easy. It was very clean. The breakfast hostess was so kind, even after breakfast time was past, she was asking us if we wanted her to cook more for us.

Our room door showed light all the way around it from the hall even when it was completely closed. That is the only thing that bothered me about our stay.

I loved that there was a small kitchen area instead of just a fridge and microwave on a dresser. The room was huge for the price and the AC worked very well to keep the room cool

The only thing I didn't like is the lighting at the bathroom sink. If the lights were brighter, then it would have been great. It made it hard to put on makeup.

Justright Plenty of selections easy access and jewel stocked

Wanted to book directly it’s the hotel not a booking site. Pretty impossible to do so and this time couldn’t on next trip or all Marriott s will strive to locate hotel direct. I talked to MGR and he gave me his card with direct hotel number. Will not use a third party booking site. My only complaint
