Nice facility, convenient location. Besides the person checking us in, all other staff member wr encountered were lovely

When checking in, the gentleman behind the counter was very abrasive. He seemed very annoyed being there. During my check-in process, some called about a future booking (I believe), and he very hastily said "well call back in January," then immediately hung up. He didn't do anything wrong to personally, but his attitude wasn't very welcoming. If I'm not mistaken, his badge said general manager or something like that. However, I can not recall his name.

The town where the Hotel was located was Beautiful. The entrance into the hotel was nice we were welcomed with a warm and friendly face. Her name was Sherri. She explained everythng. Very clean, very peaceful enviroment. My mother loved it. She was able to truly rest and feel safe.

I wish that we were able to stay a little longer.

Room, specifically bathroom was NOT clean. I cleaned shower & tub myself before any of our party used. The toilet needed maintenance as it's bolts on floor were loose.

Everything! What a great stay after a very long drive. The late evening staff was amazing! Sherry is an absolute blessing and she made our late night arrival super easy. The rooms were exceptional. The facilities top notch. Breakfast was very plentiful and tasty, especially the coffee options. Every Best Western Plus should follow this model.

The receptionist when we arrived was unfriendly and gave a bad impression. However we will not hold that one person's attitude against the hotel. All the rest was good.

Great location, near Main Street and close to all vineries and breweries, Enchanted Rock is only a 20 min drive from the hotel. Breakfast was good and beds comfortable. Nice size room with sitting area. Loved it!

We had a last minute stay so it was nice to get a room but we have a small dog. $30.00 for one night was too high of a charge for one night!

Great location and awesome staff. There was one fella that was a tad to serious over which cups to us for the juice and coffee. It was comical but not very professional.

The AC didn’t seem to get real cold for our room. Number 220.
