Place is conveniently located. The king room with sofa is very spacious. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good. Great value overall. Dining area is nice and spacious. I like the long tables. We had breakfast with another family.

At Breakfast on Sunday, the muffins were gone by 9:15 and not replenished. Lighting in the room is kind of low. Not very bright. As with all hotels, the pillows are not fluffy at all. We always have to take our own.

The bed was comfortable and the room size was very nice. The 2 tvs and sofa was very relaxing and convenient. The staff was very helpful in resolving a noise issue. Bacon on the breakfast Buffett was an unexpected surprise.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear every noise and conversation in the next room. The complimentary coffee was not refreshed. It was left out all day and was cold. Th hallway carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. Lots of stains.

Great and cooperative reception staff, clean, spacious rooms, hot water for shower, breakfast included.

Rooms are not sound proof so you will hear if someone close/ open their doors and also hear while they are talking in hallways. It was ok with us but if you need complete silence to sleep then ask reception to give you a room ad far away possible from the rest of the occupied rooms.

I love the fact that the staff was very nice, and helpful, the hotel was about 10_15 mins max from shopping , restaurant , the zoo, the aquarium

The beds were not properly made , or the floor vacuum or swept, while breakfast was good , it needed to e more variety, as it was the same thing everyday.

The location was perfect, easy to find. The breakfast was excellent, loved the waffles, eggs, sausages, muffins, coffee and juice. This location also has a farmers market right down the street.

The pool hours. It could stay open a little bit longer, like 11pm instead of 10pm. This was the only thing I didn't like and it really wasn't that inconvenient.

The breakfast was good and the staff the attended to it kept things clean and well stocked. The staff at the front desk were always very friendly and helpful.

There needs to be more table options for breakfast. It is difficult to eat at a low table ~ coffee table height.

Coffee was really good. We had a misfortune of dropping a cellphone between the elevator and shaft on the third floor. Since it was a Saturday they had to call a maintenance technician to come in on his day off. We had the cellphone back before checkout time! Our new go to place in Frisco!

Super clean. Quiet room. Nice quality sheets and towels. Great channels on the TV. Name brand mini soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Great water pressure. Safe, well lit parking lot. Plenty of parking. Great location with nice food choices around close by. King size bed had 5 nice pillows

Large spacious room. Room was clean. Farmer's market nearby was interesting. Breakfast was decent.

It would be nice if breakfast had some low fat, whole grain options. Also, the same eggs and potatoes every day got tiresome. More variety would be good. How about boiled eggs as an option. Most eating tables were too low. They looked nice but were not comfortable to eat at. Pool looked kind of dirty and uninviting. No hot tub. We were there 4 days and room was attended to only once. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. In-room fridge did not have a freezer option

It was really close to everything we wanted to do. The area felt very private, even though it was amongst a lot of businesses the lighting fixtures in our room were gorgeous. I really like the aesthetic that you guys have gone with for your newer hotels.
