Good location across from the beach and pier restaurant , rooms are large including daily room service which is nice when everything is always sandy, and a good size balcony for drying your pool towels and bathing suits etc.

Could have more sources of protein at breakfast and be open a little bit later. Pool was pretty cloudy and dirty. My key cards kept demagnetizing, and I had to go back down 3 floors to fix them each time which is a pain since elevators are pretty busy.

The room was big, two king beds, and the entire property was in pretty good shape, considering some of the reviews we read. I've been in commercial construction for 30 years and could have gone through that building and made a punch list of things that needed attention or finishing, but none of it was a deal breaker, really. (Paint cracked at top corners, paint chipped on corners and such....) The facility as a whole was good, clean, and kept that way. We went for a bike rally, and normally, staff doesn't clean the room, but once or twice during an extended stay, our room was cleaned every day, beds made, trash removed. Overall, we had a good experience for what we were there for.

1. We did find one, ONE, small roach in the bathroom. 2. Laundry - laundry room is on 2nd floor, soap is sold in lobby (1st floor) from vending machine, there's a soda machine in laundry room, there are no change machines ANYWHERE, and front desk doesn't have change. Fix for this - put a change machine IN LAUNDRY ROOM, a vending machine with soap IN LAUNDRY ROOM 3. Our a/c worked, but could've been better to battle the humidity of the area, especially with rain. This is not that big of a deal, but was less than awesome.

The Value, good price for the location just across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean and have hard floors not carpet, breakfast is included and adequate, there’s plenty of parking including some covered, bed and pillows were comfortable and a had a nice partial view to the ocean from my room.

The hotel is in need of updates, the bedsheets were rough and so were the facial tissues, just minor things like that.

The location is a little far from the cruise port, about 20-25 minutes. It is right across the seawall, so the beach is right across the main street! I do like that they offer cruise parking; the price did jump from $25 to $40, which I was surprised by, but they increased it weeks after I booked my room. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of eggs, pastries, waffles, yogurt, cereals, etc. The breakfast area does get pretty packed so please plan accordingly for you and your family.

Just a fair warning, you are at a beach hotel with the beach being right across from the building, so humidity is high, sand will get in the main entrance and etc. Other than that, everything was great from this hotel.

Breakfast, easy access to beach, inexpensive onsite laundry facilities, free parking, size of room, quick and easy check in, friendly and professional front desk staff, outdoor wash/shower station for sand rinsing. Hotel provided complimentary pool towels at front desk and poolside! Secure exterior building doors (safety). Carpet Free (great for pooling and beach goers)

Pool was small for number of guest hotel serves, broken and dated poolside chairs, Elevators did not have inspection reports posted inside or near elevator doors. The elevators would jump when starting and stopping (hard stops).

The gulf was just right across the street. The pool was clean and shaded by the hotel in the early morning. There was a shower at the pool to use before getting into the pool. Breakfast was great, there was some hot foods like eggs, biscuits, and white gravy and waffles along with cold items, cereal, fruits, and different kinds of juice and cold milk all in dispenser. Love the idea of a usable balcony

If you have a favorite pillow at home, I recommend bringing it. Theirs are very small and flat. Shampoo and soaps didn't lather up very well kinda wish I would have brought my own. Also, the address on the booking site brought us to a dead-end road nowhere near the hotel, so I don't recommend using it. Type the physical address into the GPS.

Great location. Free parking. Friendly front desk staff. Super breakfast - eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy. Breakfast staff constantly stocking food and cleaning tables. Black out curtain in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Cold AC. Fridge and microwave. Lots of horizontal space for luggage. Mirror in the room. Phone chargers by the bed with dimmable lights. Very clean room.

We liked everything. In reading the other reviews, it’s unfortunate that the impression that the front desk staff is rude can cause people to give a horrible review. This hotel is a great stay for the price and deserves more credit for all the things they are doing right!!

I like that it was right across the beach and had a hot tub and pool and breakfast. I also liked that the sheets were not bleach smelling and the room did not smell like Fabuloso. Some places really overdo it on the bleach and cleaners which irritates my skin and sinuses. This place was much better than most. The staff was helpful. My only suggestion is quit using those powdered eggs. Buy real ones and cook them because those powdered things are nasty

This was not a five star hotel but it was perfect if you’re spending most of your time out at the beach and the value was amazing. I don’t like to stay at expensive places because I usually find that you get just as good quality at these small hotels.

Clean, tv and fridge worked, shower had great water pressure, spacious bed. Access to all surrounding areas, attractions, restaurants and very close and easy to navigate.

1. Door to balcony was hard to open constantly. 2. The toilet wouldn't flush correctly and to reflush needed atleast 30 min wait time 🙄 just to fill up. That is how slow and weak water pressure it had. 3. Area in the tub was rusty! 4. There was a crack going up the wall on different sides. 5. Door key was in front pocket, phone in back yet why we could access our room? Receptionist stated it was due to phone being placed with card together hmmm.. funny, front and back pocket ISN'T TOGETHER. SMH

The staff was so kind and attentive. The young lady at the desk, I believe that her name was Rhonda, gave me the room key and told me where to find the elevator. I went to my room but couldn't find my key anyway. I was panicking and as my anxiety got out of control my service dog was trying to calm me. I went back to the desk, explained I couldn't find the key and she told me not to worry even as I was still searching my pockets and purse. She issued new keys and asked if there was anything she could help me with. Her kindness helped to calm a full on anxiety attack. Thank you so much for your kindness!

I understand that it is an older facility and that said the room was immaculate and clean. Because I travel with a service animal I noticed that another animal had been in the room, as the door frame was damaged. The bathtub had some places that were rusted. All of that said, the room was very comfortable, clean and the second morning when the house keeper came in, she was very sweet and offered to come back later, but we asked her to go ahead and straighten the room. She made very short work of it all and wished us a great day.
