We usually don’t eat breakfast we went down to get coffee and my husband smelled the food and said it make him hungry. It was really good. Even though we came do 15 minutes before it ended the girl working that day was so nice.

When i booked the room I thought we were getting a balcony where you could look and see the water like facing it. It was our honeymoon and my husband has never been to the beach. And the way it was showing the room when I booked it was very different. I wanted him to enjoy everything about the trip. He was a little disappointed that we didn’t have the perfect view. And the pool wasn’t open the whole time we were there because of construction on the building.

the convenience of being right across the street was great and made for an easy commute to the beach. the hotel was an adequate price for the air family and there was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. most of the staff was extremely kind and smiled, said good morning etc.

I felt like one of the ladies at the counter was honestly just waiting for me to shut up every time I tried to talk to her..while she was working and I requested room service, we got skipped. There were two other ladies I encountered and they were extremely kind, they were helpful, and we didn’t get missed. the whole building seems to be in need of some updates. I imagine it’s difficult to stay extremely clean and up to date with a hotel in that location and off the beach but it looks necessary. the hotel was overall pretty clean considering the beach traffic.

The price was reasonable. Beach front. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. The lady who was working the breakfast floor the morning of 6/10/24 was VERY attentive, kind, and quickly helped anyone. The gentleman who worked the desk 06/09/24 @ about 5:30pm was VERY kind and made every effort to make us very satisfied with our stay. Our 2nd Room(after requesting a move due to smell of our 1st room) smelt great. Parking garage with elevator access is very convenient.

**Read to end** The 1st room (#324) we were assigned to(before requesting a different room) smelt too strongly of mold or mildew plus strong cleaner smell. The whole AC front cover just fell off when I touched it exposing mold underneath. Also room #324 there was visible mold inside above the balcony door. Breathing & smelling this made us feel sick to our stomach, so we requested a different room in which they were VERY kind to help with which we were VERY happy and satisfied by.

Everything, I got there early during a bad rain storm, they checked me in early, let me leave my car up front till the rain stopped. Got me checked in fast and to my room. Great staff, especially "breakfast service staff", that gentleman and lady did an awesome job. They need a bigger "Tip box" and sign.

A little mold build up around the windows activity allergies slightly, but you expect some exposure issues. Bleach water mixer cleans that just fine. Everything else was perfect. From checking in to check out. I'll be back for sure and signed up for rewards program.

The breakfast was so good! There was so much variety, and everything was delicious. The staff helping with breakfast was also very friendly and patient with my 7 year old son. Also the front desk staff was also very friendly and always willing to quickly give us extra towels or anything we asked for. Robert, the front desk clerk was especially kind, helpful, and friendly. I also loved being right across the street from the ocean.

First of all, my husband, my daughter and I stayed here due to my husband being seen at md Andersons. We drove approx 12 hours and was exhausted when we arrived. We arrive quite a bit early but Robert at the front desk was so accommodating. He was a breath of fresh air and made us feel instantly welcomed. He was so helpful to us the whole stay. Kay who always had our breakfast hot and so eager to help. We just love her. Always greeting you with a sweet smile and will go that extra mile to make your day better. We will be coming back in July, but it isn't for the rooms..the location..the price..it's because we love the way they made us feel. Good job at picking these 2 out.. they are both exceptional. Another employee Edward was so great, even though I never met him he definitely helped us out in regards to reservation. A big thank you to him. Yes the motel could use some updating, but I didn't pay for a 5 star motel. It was so relaxing watching the birds..and seeing my husband and daughter enjoy it as well. I will see you in July

I don't want to end this review negative so I'm just going to say this was concerning to me. I had seen where the rooms came with dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner so I did not pack any. When we got to the room I looked in shower and there were half used bottles of each. I wish they would of been mounted on wall of shower with some kind of lock on them. I just kept thinking that some mean spirited person could of put anything in those bottles.

i love the location. The fact that I can get up in the morning and watch the sunrise and sunset is a plus. I will be staying here again, and I highly recommend this hotel. Also, Robert is really awesome.

Friendly staff and location are the highlight of our stay. Robert has offered a late snack to my 7 years baby and that is very unusual. Truly, good people still exist. An extended travelled with us and they provide us with an extra bedding for the 3rd bed.

Great location. Room had a view of the ocean with a balcony. Served breakfast. Staff fixed what was wrong fast.

The room was clean but had a bad musty smell. Advised the front desk and they sent someone with some air freshener.

Could not find dr.pepper in hotel. But I usually can't anywhere.

We were fishing on Jimmy's Pier and thought it would be fun to stay in a hotel nearby and I was able to book a room last minute at this hotel which is literally right across the street from the Pier. After fishing until 2am we were so happy they had very comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was extremely accommodating and upon request I was able to get a brush, razor and extra blankets. This hotel was great!
