The entire staff were more than willing to go out of their way to help in any way at all. The hotel was very clean. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

The only downside was that it was on a one way feeder road and the intersection was under construction. I know that isn't the businesses fault, but it did make it somewhat difficult to navigate. Lovely area though.

It was really easy to access the trail along the water and to walk into town. The breakfast was alright. They had lots of options, but the omelets were really salty. I would have rather paid less because the breakfast options in town are fabulous. The room was big but had a lot of stuff in it, so didn't feel spacious.

I stayed at the Days Inn last time, which was significantly less expensive, so I expected the Best Western to be significantly better. It wasn't. It is dated. The carpet on the floor scared me, like it was harboring years of dirt. When we went to the front desk the people there were lovely, but they were always somewhere else so we had to wait for them to appear.

The breakfast was nice and the staff was great. Our cards to room didn't work a couple of times, but they got them fixed.

My husband didn't like the little pillows and the water pressure of the shower made it hard to rinse off. Also the pool was not open. We are planning on staying here again in Sept and really hope the pool is open by then.

A/C was cool and room was clean. Location was very close to dining and parks in Georgetown. Staff was very courteous and we had no issues throughout our stay.

Refill of continental breakfast was somewhat slow. There was a bit of a backup on some items and staff could've been a little more proactive about refilling food items rather than waiting for request. Bathtubs had a shallow angle at the edge with little grip on the floor of the tub. It was easy to slip. I nearly fell and my child did fall out of the bathtub once. No injuries and I did not report to staff.

I like the interior and exterior design. it’s creates a good atmosphere for a hotel.

Everything went fine at the hotel. The only things that’s were wrong was elevators were not working and the sink in our bathroom was kind of clogged. Also my gf thinks she saw a blood stain on the bedsheets. I assure her that they wouldn’t let that slip, hope I was right.

Breakfast was very good. We stayed in the same room we were in the prior January and we're back due to the excellent facilities. I needed to check in a little early and use wi fi for a zoom meeting. Stahh and Mr. Patel were accommodating and helpful.

Would like a microphone on the house computer. But did my meeting on my phone. Not a complaint, just a desire.

Very clean rooms, free breakfast, good location off the highway but tucked away.

One of our rooms was perfect. The other that family was in, the tv was broken, house keeping did not come by with clean towels the second day, and they had to go down and get their door key fixed because one didn’t work and then after a day the other didn’t work.

When I checked in Friday evening I was treated superbly by the youg lady at the desk. I wish I could remember her name to insert here. She was terrific! And, she was training a new pers & she too was excellent.

Eh, not much really. I was there until Sunday & was treated wonderfully. I f I am that way again, I plan to stay there.

The place was nice and close to SU where we drop off our son. Friendly staff.

I don't have anything I didn't like; however, I personally didn't use the wifi or eat breakfast because we had breakfast with our son.

Very clean and highly maintained inside and out. Very nice staff. Very quiet and easy access to I-35

Everything was perfect with the property. No complaints at all. Wish our stay had been longer. Will definately stay again next time in that area.
