I liked the price and location. It was fairly clean and I felt safe. I liked I was able to use cash and not have to pay a deposit, like 80% of the hotels in Austin.

I didn't like that as soon as I got in the room take a shower and got out, my sink started to back up with water, and talk about the foul odor!! I asked the dude if I could change rooms and he said no super booked. Even now all of the first-floor rooms were empty, and when I checked out ALL the rooms were still vacant. He could have switched my room, I didn't arrive until close to midnight.

I was not able to make my reservation but did come on Sunday, for an old vuilding the cleanliness was good considering it’s an old hotel. The clerk is always helpful.

Some things need to be repaired and walls need to be repainted as well as tv and refrigerator needs to be replaced. It seems that the hotel in general needs to be remodeled,

It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff is pretty nice for the most part. And it feels pretty safe and secure. Location I think is wonderful though close to gas stations food stores as well as shopping

It definitely needs to be cleaned better. Especially the walls and floors. Honestly the only thing wrong with this hotel is the aesthetics of it. That's it.

The best part of my stay was the bed and shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It allowed me to fall asleep fast. The shower was great. It was strong. I don't like weak shower sprays.

Breakfast could have been better. All I saw was cereal, bread, bagels, juice, yogurt & coffee.

It was priced very well and the staff were extremely friendly.

The place is a bit run down, but it's clean and that's what's important. I hope they are blessed with finances to do some updates. We had a comfortable stay and it was quiet.

The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated there not being carpet (never seems it can truly get cleaned.) It was very clean and the breakfast surprisingly varied and good! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I arrived in the dark and left early, so can't really talk to the location, but there were people hanging out in the parking lot and on the stairs, and the room doors open to the outside. It was a bit disconcerting. The rooms have been updated nicely, but it is an old property.

The young lady who checked us was super nice and accommodating. The location was just a few minutes from the ball fields. Love the floors were not carpet but tile.

The bathroom had lots of water damage and the bathroom door was barely hanging on.

Great and spacious especially restroom although needed shower curtain but was relaxing quiet.

safety sticker turned upside down so lock wouldn’t work. I fix the sticker and the locked worked properly. Coffee maker was missing filter holder could not use coffee maker.
