The location was perfect, just right down the road from Dinosaur World!

The complementary breakfast. There were not a lot of choices, eggs/sausage. Bread for toast, couple muffins. No milk for cereal, no more batter for waffles. Only orange juice, water and coffee for drinks. It seemed like there weren't a lot of options, especially for dairy free visitors, not even refilling what was already gone for those who were coming down at different times.

The hotel staff was great. There was an older blonde woman & a younger brunette who were nothing but kind, helpful & always friendly. We had some problem with our room keys that was handled quickly and with a smile. Breakfast was great & having the "market place" was a great convenience. Our overall stay was amazing.

The outside BBQ area/smoking area was a mess & the hot tub needed cleaning. Grown men were walking out the side entrance to drop their pants & pee. (That one was fun explaining to my 5 year old)

The location is very convenient. I live in Granbury, and I enjoy bringing friends from out of town to visit. This is a nice place to go that provides a needed getaway for them and just far enough out to be a getaway for me as well. Also, I enjoyed the staff very much. They were all so helpful and friendly. Hospitality was great!!

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was very worn out and really should be replaced. Also we noticed a big splotch on the wall. The room in general was just not as clean as we would have liked.

Very clean facilities and the staff was excellent, The room was prefect for our needs. Pool was clean and well maintained. Over all great experience we will be back.

Breakfast buffet was wiped out pretty fast. They could use a few more staff members to help in the morning's but over all great hotel

The location was convenient and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff especially the front desk was professional and very informative. The swimming pools were perfect with toys available for my grandkids to use while playing.

The sewer smell in the lobby at times.

The hotel smelled like old burnt Brussels sprouts… hit you when you walk into that lobby and go out into the hall from my room .. facility seemed clean so not sure why the awful smell

Staff was friendly and helpful about the area’s around, to visit. Room was clean and big enough for us. Dog friendly, kid friendly! When we needed extra towels, they got them to us, fast and friendly.

Pool area was dirty, and there is no type of shade around pool. The pool itself was clean, just a lot of trash around pool. Hot tub was also dirty, which trash in it.

It was right off the main road very easy to get into and out of. Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean, and we had a small issue with our door and they did not hesitate to get it fixed.

Was not a fan of the continental breakfast.

Very friendly staff, very clean facilities.

The only complaint I have, which is really quite minor and probably no big deal to most people, is that their full breakfast only goes until 9:30 a.m. I have teenagers, and we slept in a little on the Sunday morning we were there and missed the breakfast, which was disappointing. I would recommend it be until at least 10:00 a.m.

Since it was so hot for the past few months. We really enjoyed the pool and how cool it was. Very clean and not overly used with chlorine.

There was not a thing that I didn't like about the hotel.
