The daytime staff was friendly and helpful. The heated indoor pool was fabulous - a highlight. The breakfast was good. The property is clean and well maintained. While there’s almost nothing nearby, if you don’t have a car, the courtesy van will take you to restaurants, etc..

A very long cold night wait for the courtesy van on airport arrival. All three van drivers were good, but the van is small and it was busy. We requested a 6:30am wake up call that never was made. Luckily we were up but that could have been a disaster and is inexcusable. The property is near the airport but nothing else. It’s a well maintained older hotel with a heat/ac unit without a wall thermostat and a tv with no HDMI port.

Bedside power plugs were a plus! Indoor pool was nice but very loud and chilly sometimes. The pool water took turns being heated and not heated. It was a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed the breakfast and cleanliness. Easily located off the highway to reach other parts of the metroplex. Front desk staff was amazing and very attentive. He went above and beyond for the guests.

The noise at the pool was difficult to relax and visit with how loud it echoes.

They really hired the best employees and the room was great. Perfect location and I could literally walk to the gas station. I loved that they had a little extra in the bathroom too. There was lotion, body wash in the shower, and maybe shampoo and conditioner too but I didn't use that. I had an issue with air and they worked hard to get it fixed but we eventually just moved rooms.

I didn't like that the elliptical wasn't working in the fitness area but that's it.

The man working front desk, George, it was his first day the day I checked in. He was very kind, polite and didn't hesitate to get what you needed. You could see he was a bit overwhelmed, but stayed calm and handle everything fanatically. Everyone who worked there that I ran into was very kind and would ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Very nice people! Great experience and nice place to stay.

The pool tiles were very dirty and the elevators seemed pretty janky. The beds are a little to hard for my taste, but the room and every where else was clean and nice.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Includes a free buffet breakfast with a decent selection of food that was fresh and tasty. Hotel is clean and furnishings are very nice. Our beds in our room were very comfortable and the shower had nice hot water at great pressure. Was a quick stopover but enjoyable and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Dallas. Hotel offers free shuttle to airport and shopping area. Also lovely front desk staff allowed us a later check out.

The location was great, close to everything we needed! The room was very nice and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The breakfast could have used just a little revamping, omelets 2 days in a row. The swimming pool was a little too cold for my liking but, other than everything was wonderful.

I like that it is pet friendly so my whole family can enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

The bed could have been a little softer but I think this is more a personal preference. Overall, there’s nothing I would change!

I was happy to see that breakfast had different options available every day and not the same thing over and over. The staff was great, from check in to check out. We took a shuttle to a restaurant and the driver was fantastic.

The only thing I did not like is that the lobby coffee was cold once and another time it was empty. I did love the creamer options though.

I live in Shreveport, La. and flew in from Las Vegas. The hotel was a five-minute drive from the airport. Very convenient and easy to get to.

I liked everything. Continue to do what you are doing. Everything was great, from check-in to check-out.

Our stay at Hampton in was wonderful the breakfast was perfect for our group’s needs. We had the most incredible experience with the shuttle driver, Lynn. She really made us feel comfortable and added that extra sense of comfort needed to make our time at the Hampton perfect.

The shuttle driver Rick was a bit rude and distasteful to passengers.
