We liked everything about our stay except the breakfast which was really a disappointment. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, the room was great!

The breakfast was the only disappointment. It looked like the free buffets we have gotten in all the other hotels we have stayed at - so was surprised to find it so costly. The eggs were not cooked well enough and there wasn't a microwave to heat up the danish. The bacon was good, along with the potatoes. Then, on top of the $18 buffet, a glass of OJ was $5.00 - that was really over the top, especially when they didn't say how much it would cost when asked if we wanted some.

Staff were friendly and made sure our stay was excellent. The breakfast was very good, exceeded our expectations of hotel food. Accommodations were very attractive. We were surprised that we didn't hear the planes overhead, so good soundproofing.

Our first room had bedding that wasn't clean but after we brought it to attention to the hotel staff, we were given a new room which was perfectly clean. We were pleased with how the staff handled the situation.

We liked the location. It was off the main drag and Secure.

1. In room 422, the inside shower door handle was broken, and the door was hard to open and close. 2. We did not get a receipt at checkout. We were not asked if we wanted one. The receptionist at the desk said it was emailed to me, and as of 9:00 pm. on the same day as checkout, I still have not received a receipt.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn this year, and both experiences were fantastic. Impressed with the modern look, comfort of the rooms, and on-site amenities. The first stay, I became a member of Hilton honors, and so glad I did. I intend to look for this particular hotel and future trips.

Shuttle bus pick-up could have been better. I couldn't call using the number provided... it went to California. And I wasn't sure if I needed to call or could just wait. I said I wanted pick-up by shuttle and received no information leading up. Shuttle bus from hotel to the airport was great! But it was easier to organise from the hotel.

Nice and clean, coffee in the room. Room is cleaned every day and towels changed (although one day was missed)

It cant get pretty noisy depending how the runway is oriented (when planes are landing its ok, but noisy when taking off)

Food was really good. Great selection. We had redfish which was delicious Breakfast was pretty good too. We just had eggs and toast Bartender was amazing actually ALL the staff was absolutely amazing

The bathroom was a weird layout kinda narrow. Which who cares really it was very clean and beautiful. But it asked for a negative lol

We had food and drinks each night at the bar. Service was excellent. The bartender provided great service. Wish I could remember his name (remember faces better than names).

No dislikes

Well, I was unable to stay (3) nights due to Icy Roads in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. When I brought this to Booking.com's attention and asked that I not be charged for Thursday night, February 24, 2022, I was told it be taken care of yet, the charge still appeared on my final bill. If there was a credit, it has nor shown up at my bank account. Will you please confirm that the credit is going to go through? Thank you.

We did receive clean towels however, the room was NOT straightened up? Is this something you have quit doing? It always nice to come in from working to a nice clean and inviting room since I was not at home.

Great and friendly staff. Clean facility, modern and updated furnishings, and spacious rooms. Great gym, bar, and dining, if needed. Great all-inclusive package.

Long wait at the restaurant due to understaffed.
