We were there overnight only so it was brief but everything was exceptionally wonderful from check-in to check-out. The service at the front desk was so helpful and no issues with our reservation. The room was clean and tasteful, the bed was so comfortable, I slept so peacefully and in th3 morning checked out. I will 100% stay there again.

I wasn't told I needed to keep the "generic" parking key card with me when I left to exit the hotel; I had free parking. When I tried to leave, I had to pay to leave because I turned the card in and wasn't told and didn't know to ask. In their defense: I could have gone back inside to let them know, but there were cars behind me, so I was stuck in that situation I know for next time.

change the name so it is not so similar to the one west of here. we went to the wrong location and I was told this happens often with others too. construction paper in lobby. lobby was not as clean, bright, and fresh as the other crown plaza we went to by mistake. elevator in poor condition unable to get a person on the phone before arrival

Everything about our stay was overall good and comfortable. Room was excellent, felt like staying longer. Breakfast options were good. We did not have lunch/dinner or use the bar so cannot comment on that. But the dining area was nice like a banquet hall. There is a swimming pool. There are vending machines with drinks and snacks. Many multi-cuisine restaurants are available at walkable distances.

Staff was not wearing masks and no sanitizers were available. The location was not good for us as we had to take Uber each time we wanted to go visit attractions which were mainly in and around Downtown. I wanted to inquire about shuttle service (it says available on Booking.com) and sent messages few days before arrival, but never received a response. That was disappointing.

Great location

In room 1418 the toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down the entire time. If it didn't flush it would take a very long time to fill the tank so you could try and flush it again.

Maintenance of rooms could use improvement, can be difficult to reach the hotel in advance by phone

It was very close to the events that we were attending.

It was much better experience than before. Looks like management was taking care of the upkeep of the hotel.

The elevator to the garage was out of order, which was not told to me when I told them we would be using it for overnight. My husband is more handicapped than I am.

This hotel is being renovated and is much nicer than our last stay 5 years Overall, a clean, large, comfortable room.

My request for a high floor was meet and a left item very precious to me was tagged and kept to return to me!

The food inside the hotel was not the best but sub par.
