The staff is incredible. I am a solo female traveller and there are a ton of “finance bro” types that stay here but with the right personality you’ll never have to pay a thing at the hotel bar lol. Clean, solid space with the perfect amount of autonomy and local recommendations to have made me rebook here for 4 months in advance. Thank you to all the staff (except the bartender for one bartender who only tended to male clients even if I was there prior, you saw me babe!! you saw me there!!!) 10/10

Front desk More patience, smile 😊 and when we chick in Give the information what we need .. for example I don’t know we have to have the breakfast cupón ., they ask for and we don’t know .. but we learn something!! Delicious I love the food 🥘

Everyone who worked at this hotel was very friendly, helpful, and kind. From the front desk to the maid service to the people working in the bar where they serve dinner to the in-house Starbucks. We were there for eight nights and felt very comfortable. The food in the rocks bar and restaurant was exceeding our expectations with everything we ordered. The friendliness of the staff also exceeded expectations and made our stay extra special.

Our room was very small. The thing that was most difficult was the lighting. There was only one lamp on the bedside table and one very tiny light on the desk. They need to add more lamps and lighting in the rooms.

The rooms were big and clean. The cookies at the front desk were the bomb. The staff was friendly and professional.

The only issue I had was the lack of communication between the valet and front desk. When I went down to catch a shuttle, the front desk wasn't aware that the shuttle was out of service. It caused inconvenience because most of the places we wanted to go were within the mile range that the shuttle could go.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating, especially Jeremiah and Jerome parking attendant. It was nice to have a Starbucks on the premises, the staff in there were pleasant and accommodating. I normally do not care too much for Starbucks but they made my French Vanilla coffee just right, for 2 days. I like the location because of Lakewood Church is directly across the street.

The hotel itself could use some upgrading and when the rooms are cleaned it would be nice to have a pleasant scent such as lavender smells. This was my second time staying at your hotel and felt the first stay the room was more updated. I was glad I did not rent a car for my stay. I just feel that if customers are coming to your hotel, there should be some type of discount. $36.00 a day is kind of steep as well as a shuttle from the airport. But was told they do not drive that far, although it is only 30 minutes away. Luckily I have a relative that lives in Houston, TX who was able to pick me up.

valet (older man w/grey hair & beard) was very rude room was warm even though I put it as cold as possible. curtain sheets were jammed on left side window (Rm 1201) only a few ppl working were friendly and/or smiling. lighted mirror in bathroom did not work room was dark / needs brighter bulbs

Convenient to what we where in town for. Very comfortable beds and lots of pillows

Bathtub/shower could be updated. The drain/plug n tub was so old it just come out and would hardly hold water. The faucets where a little loose. Parking was not my fav.

The Pool & Starbucks minus not having my favorite White Chocolate Mocha coffee.

Room - Maintenance issues - Plumbing needs work & room and hallways smelled bad/musty. Starbucks - Out of supplies. Pool - No working electrical outlets to charge your phone & landscaping needs updated. Price for hotel stay did not compare to amenities and charges for self parking in garage unreasonable at $26 per night.

From the entrance to the lobby and from the amazing that the room was in general everything was just so spectacular and a wonderful expericane

Something that I noticed and didn’t like about the property was the parking it was nice and great and everything but it was just to confusing. But other then that everything was just so perfect.

Breakfast was excellent. I swim therapeutically, and so the pool matters, This was a superb pool with markings allowing lap swimming (not commonly found in hotels). Staff were very obliging and knowledgeable.
