The staff was friendly, the building was well lit, and the A/C worked as expected.

The included breakfast was very generic. There wasn't much to choose from and they didn't have any coffee made. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee pot. I didn't care for the location. Lastly, the gate on the one end was closed, making it difficult for uber drivers to navigate.

The hotel had easy access to the Interstate, and was near the places we had to be at. The room was very clean and very comfortable. If traveling for work and needed to stay for a while the room is definitely suitable for that.

The bathtub drain and the sink drain smelled like sewer but could just be needing draino poured down it to clean out the drains.

The inside of the room was clean 👌 and I slept like baby both nights. Love the staff; very helpful; last minute booking went very well. Had mini fidge, microwave, soda, shower area two thumbs 👍 up. Nice flat screen TV, with good wifi.

The rooms are clean and look newly remolded. Very nice rooms. Just as pictured on the website. gated parking made me feel ok about my vehicle.

the location is not desirable. this is not something they can change, it's very close to the highway and the neighborhood is less desirable. it's a bit noisy though the door with all the traffic. the front desk staff is friendly but hard to hear through the thick glass window.

I travel quite a bit and had never seen "Welcome" signs lining the driveway - very cute and unique! The location is phenomenal - nestled on 45S near UH and Gulfgate shopping area. Every imaginable convenience is nearby (i.e. Starbucks, HEB, Walmart, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Cabana, McDonald's -- and much more)!😊

The friendliness (lack of) of the clerk that checked me in. Very "matter of fact" way of approaching things, no smile...😐

The morning person (the guy) was very jolly and high spirited. His energy and the respect he had not for just me but the residents as well was everything. Overall sleep and comfort was a plus I slept like a newborn.

The lady was very rude. I couldn't understand what she was saying from behind the window because of the noise on my side of the window. She got real nasty attitude when I ask her to repeat herself. If I could have snatched her neck with my hand I would have banged her head against the window. That's just how rude she was. The morning person (the guy) was very jolly and high spirited. It was clean, comfortable and very accessible to the freeway. Restaurants were very close.

Breakfast wasn't set up so we didn't have breakfast as stated.. Room didn't get cleaned but they took the used towels and didn't replace with new..

The location is close to The University of Houston. No carpet, which I like a lot. Beds very comfortable and heavy pillows also a plus. Staff was not really friendly but I only checked in with him. I went somewhere else for breakfast. I would stay again.
