The breakfast is hearty and wholesome. Plenty to choose from and the layout and presentation of breakfast is lovely. The restaurant is good too! The main waiter there is fantastic. I recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and in general everyone is pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel for an overnight airport stay coming into San Jose Costa Rica and/or leaving CR. It's super convenient and close to the airport. Just beware of traffic and plan ahead to get to the airport. It is close but traffic can be brutal depending on the time of day and it can get blocked up around the airport at times, especially after 3PM and until about 7 or 8PM at night. Weekends there is less traffic but there is still some traffic so just a word of caution about the traffic in San Jose.

Room was not cleaned well. Old soap in the bathroom in the shower. Dust on the ice bucket etc. Coffee maker in the room does not work.

This is my second time here and once again it was good overall! Checking in was a freeze because of booking.com. I had a good view, it was 24/7 front desk, the indoor pool was open and pretty cool. parking wasn’t to bad. The had a few stores/restaurants pretty close and stayed open late so that was good!

I didn’t like that breakfast was $5 a person.. very inconvenient! The bar nor restaurant was open but the pool was? lol that’s wired they blame everything on covid now days.. since we stayed 4 nights we had to request for house keeping so when we did I was told “they where full and couldn’t do it” I ran into one of the house keepers before requesting it and she rudely yelled NO and pointed at her list as in I wasn’t on it so they only brought towels. We also seen a few begs roaming around the room(only 2) but I figured it was because of the weather changing or whatever but they was like small begs so I didn’t bother to take a pic.

It was extremely clean, very nice, nice accommodations, & they left some little goodies for my boyfriend since it was his birthday weekend.

The Wifi didn’t work so well, they also didn’t come to get the trash or change out my towels.

Comfy bed - quiet - very spacious- will stay again - nice tv screen - microwave- fridge - iron/iron board - nice indoor pool - nice clean facility- good staff & room service

The front desk was exceptional especially the young lady who check me in. Every time I stay here, this young lady is professional and polite. Great customer service is the paramount and foundation of a great business as well as loyal customers.

I want to let my good review for this group of Four Points they never disappoint me. Everywhere that I visited I choose them. We were affected by the Ian hurricane on Florida and my flight was cancelled, and anyways they refunded me all my money back. My 5 stars to them. Thank you again!

The property was great! It was clean and comfy, and staff was so nice. Only thing is they need more parking, but other than that this hotel will be my number 1 choice when coming to HTX!

the customer service… Leticia and the gentleman that she was partnered with were awesome! they were professional and attentive and made us feel welcome. My daughter asked could this be the property we stay at once a month when we come to Houston. Their customer service made it all worthwhile.
