We were only a few minutes from the hospital. Also, we were able to bring Oscar (my dachshund) & he was also comfortable. This was a huge plus. Parking was good. Room was clean.

We booked through Booking.com because it had the best price. However, when we arrived, there was no record of our reservation. The Hilton staff accommodated us, but it took nearly half an hour before staff at front desk were able to get a supervisor to come to the desk & make accommodations. Thankfully, I was able to pull up our confirmation, showing the reservation & full payment in advance, to prove I had a reservation. My husband was scheduled for an early morning procedure & we had driven 4 hours to be able to rest & not have to drive all night. It was aggravating. The staff was very courteous, but I am sure they were also aggravated.

a bit expensive on food and drink in there restaurant. they did have a free breakfast but honestly it was varied by any means and if you wanted something decent it was a bit pricey. the breakfast I did get was great and definitely not worth the cost. On top of that, for some reason the hotel was incredibly crowded with children. While this isn’t necessarily the hotels fault, they didn’t step in, or even confront the guardians, to keep the kids from being rowdy or bothering other guest.

The ENTIRE facility was extremely clean. The staff was very professional, polite, and helpful….great hospitality and it felt genuine. Great location as well, and easy to get to. It was close enough to everything we had planned (museum district and downtown) without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. I know this may be small and simple, but the complimentary water was a huge plus for me. We’re big in water, especially during summer and when traveling….eating salty restaurant food, etc. and something as simple as remembering to grab water from the store before going back to the room can be a huge inconvenience especially in an area that you’re not familiar with. Being able to grab a few bottles out the cooler before heading up to the room was a life saver!

My only suggestion is to have a staff member swing by the pool every now and again. The pool was great, and my son loved it the first afternoon but it’s not large so 10 people in it would be packed! On the second night we went to swim and they had a group of younger kids around 13ish, maybe 5-7 of them, and they were horse-playing to the extend that my son and I didn’t feel comfortable enough to go. Again, this is not a complaint and I’m not “one of those parents”…they were obviously having fun and it was our decision not to go in but with it being a smaller pool it would’ve been impossible to enjoy with them running around and jumping in, throwing each other around, and play fighting. Overall, it was a great stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We enjoyed the pool and the free water bottles upon arrival were a nice surprise. We also enjoyed the gym and the breakfast. The price of parking was reasonable. The location was perfect, close to museum district and restaurants.

The only thing amiss was that our toilet seat in the room was loose, but, I reported it when we left and they were very responsive.

The hotel charged $20 to put our car up in the garage, for one night, but then when we checked the car out of garage, we had to pay another $8on a credit card. Going inside and asking about it, the hotel said that the eight dollars would be refunded to the credit card. That did not happen.

Everything was soo clean at check in they give you 2 water bottles and a snack free,the room is super big,the staff is amazing and breakfast was so good,the have complimentary water&tea with apples and cookies at front desk.

Staff was nice and welcoming. The pool area was well taken care of and clean/comfortable. The room was spacious and modern.

The breakfast was subpar for the price of the rooms. Feels like a lot of hotels now just use the COVID as an excuse to cut on the breakfast options/quality (without proportionally adjusting the price of the rooms.)

- Has everything you need when away from home: a fairly complete gym, free washer/dryer in the premises, and comfortable rooms - Friendly staff and very helpful Would definitely stay here again

- Restaurant/bar could be open for extended periods of time

Rachel was an absolute dream! She was outstanding all around, and even brought my friend a cake for her birthday! I mean how thoughtful?! The rooms were clean and very spacious. The hotel amenities and lobby were spotless. Check in/out process was easy, which I appreciated.

We requested house keeping and they never showed up.

On the time of booking parking wasn’t supposed yo be charged and they charged me for it

If in advance they would it let me know if charge for parking I think that wasn’t good and also the breakfast staff was more concerned on taking orders rather than keeping items on buffet
