Affordable place, very clean, and provides what was needed--a clean, decent bed with some toiletries, a clean bathroom, and some towels. Also has a mini fridge, microwave, ironing board, and a small table with a few chairs in the most "basic" room. Wifi included!

Providing the WIFI password upfront would be useful. WIFI wasn't great but it worked alright. Didn't particularly love the in-room "freshner"/scent. Also, just a heads up: no breakfast (we didn't need it, but it's good to know).

This is a nice well maintained place that I would stay at again. Traffic is bad at times, so if it is backed up to Holly Hall Street then take the backroads to Naomi Street to cut around the backup.

Almeda is under construction right in front of this place and the access road has two of three lanes closed. The light at the freeway makes the problem worse by only letting three or four cars thru at a time. At peak times it can take over 20 minutes to get from Holly Hall Street to the entrance. A good trick is to use Naomi Street to cut around the backup. WEEKEND traffic is not an issue.

This is a small motel that is privately owned and is probably a family run operation. Despite it being old it is very well maintained. I've stayed here on several occasions and every room I've been in has been recently renovated. The rooms are nicer than other more expensive places like the NRG Holiday Inn. The parking lot is very well lit.

It's not their fault, but traffic is bad due to construction. Between 4:00pm and 6:00pm is the worst, but if you come a back way on Naomi Street you can miss most of it.

The location was good for me, since I had event nearby. Staff and check-in was also great. Price is good comparable to value. Very clean and safe. AC was good, too.

Not so quiet, basically on the highway. They reserve your money on card before, and then again you need to pay in sight, that is not a good practice. No breakfast.

The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful! That for $100 a night, one could expect to have more than one packet of sugar, and more than one small pack of shampoo. We had to leave home without much prep so didn’t bring these things. I

The hotel stuff is super amazing. It was my first time in Houston and they helped me with everything, where could I find a supermarket, restaurants, petrol stations, they provided very useful information about the city and the owner even offered himself to bring me to the closest bank with his car. Amazing people and wonderful place, very recommended.

Had to stay another night in Houston because the hospital doesn't let siblings stay. Had to scramble last minute for a hotel and didn't want to stay at the garbage one we did the night before. Great hotel and decent price.

I understand with covid not having a continental breakfast but would have been nice.

Place is nice, clean and the one staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

One minor drawback, they are using covid as an excuse not to have the continental breakfast, whereas the place I stayed the next night in San Antonio served a nice hot breakfast buffet style.

Rated an 8 because it was very clean room with a comfortable bed. There was a bus stop across the street to go into the city. It's great for someone just looking for clean place with a bed and a shower. Definitely no frills but a good value.

Breakfast wasn't offered because of COVID and there was nothing around to get something. Would have liked a blanket in the room and another waste basket.

Location was close to the facility I was visiting. Clean room.

Road construction made it difficult to exit the parking lot. Can’t really blame that on the property.
