The Daytime staff behind the counter was very rude. Two black women and a black man . They put a 175 charge on my card I ask the guy what was the charge for ,he said he didn’t know, I ask him well how will you find out his response was “like I said I’m see what the charge for.” So we went to the room to give him sometime to find out hours later we went back down he said we removed the charge no apology no no explanation. I left the situation alone because they had refund me .The day of check out they said they couldn’t print me my receipt because something was wrong with their system. The hotel was nice and clean.

Fire the rude staff or trained them to be kind.

I make my way to this hotel Wednesday evening 31/06/2023 the lady at the reception was unbelievable RUDE, when I reached she was listening to something on her phone, she looked upset that I was there doing my check-in, definitely to her whatever she was doing on her phone was more important than provide a good service to me as a client… unfortunately I left my phone in the taxi and I desperately needed it to connect myself to the internet, this hotel provide a computer which was great for me as it was a way to get in touch with my family to let them know about the situation with my phone, after leaving my stuff in my room I came down again to ask if I could use the computer, once again she was very RUDE!! to the extreme that I can easily say that in my 40 years I never experienced something like that as a client in a hotel, always with her earphones on, no attention to the clients whatsoever, basically she told me the computer wasn’t working and 10 minutes later another lady came to take over the reception and within 5 minutes I was already sitting in the computer talking to my family, apart from this particular person everything was great in this hotel, very clean, and all the other stuff where very nice, especially Lisa which I would like to thank this opportunity to thank! if it wasn’t for her I think I wouldn’t have stay in this hotel for 5 nights, Lisa was always smiling, gentle, helpful and very professional, also the rest of the staff including the rooms attendant where very professional and friendly.

This hotel was recently remodeled, and very clean. The AC and shower both worked well, and the bed was comfortable.

The radio playing in the lobby upon arrival was super loud, and even the front desk person commented on it. She explained that they were unable to adjust it, however. Also, the restaurant in the hotel wasn't open at all while I was there, which made it a bit inconvenient.

The facility was so nice and clean , loved the room set up.

The only thing was the bathroom for a double queen room we only had two large bath towels and they only had one half used roll of toilet paper. The following day I had to ask for more and they brought up one roll and two more towels. Other then that the stay was great.

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN. THE BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. MARY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THINGS TO DO IN THE CITY AND JEFFERY AT THE BAR WAS DELIGHTFUL. THE FOOD WAS GOOD. OVERALL I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

During my stay I didn’t see anything I didn’t like about the property.

Clean except for the smell from guests, it’s smelled like weed.

$50 no refund policy about “cleaning if left a mess” I guess I am going to have to take out the trash myself too.

The room was great, comfortable and clean. The location was close to the attractions we wanted to see.

I didn't like that breakfast was not included and that it was made after you ordered.

The attendant at entrance was rude, had an attitude needs to work on communication skills. Also the cafeteria should stay open longer ,atleast for just the basics / packaged items such as cereal , juice, milk. Yogurt,,, ect.

other guests were loud and nothing was done went on for our entire stay down into the night , and non smoking but clearly someone had been smoking in the rooms could smell in the hallways.
