I liked the professionalism of majority of the staff and willingness to help with any issues.

My overall experience was was really good. The only hiccup was that I had was when I was checking in and provided my card. One of the staff thought that the payment didn't go through and proceeded to send the payment through again as I told him that it did go through because I received a notification on my phone and showed it to him. My bank had sent the notification of the charge to my phone. I was not happy and told him that he needs to put the money back and reverse the charges. While he proceeded to credit my account back, this could have been avoided had he listened. Other than that one issue, which I am sure was a one-off I enjoyed my stay and would encourage others to book at this hotel.

The staff was great and very friendly and was always happy to help with whatever I needed and made sure I felt safe when I was outside smoking at night really late and always checked on me and if I had any concerns they were right there to answer them and always had a smile and a good morning and good night

There were a lot of teens that were very disturbing and disrespectful to the staff and other guests but the staff stayed on top of it and made sure they were taken care of I was concerned for their safety at times when there was only one staff

I loved the continental breakfast, so many choices and it was all delicious! Also having access to the fireplace and outdoor grill was awesome. Just wish we would have stayed more than 1 night.

The room was not the cleanest it could have been. There were mens underwear in one of the drawers and a hair in the soap holder.. but easy fixes and everything else appeared clean

Beautiful property. Love the fact that they checked the parking lot to make sure people parked were guest. Nice location. w/ Ez pass you can get anywhere in a timely fashion. Breakfast. Staff! The pool area !!

sanitizer station wasn’t working.

I must say that the front desk receptionist, I believe his name was kevin(forgive me if that’s not it), but he had excellent customer service!! Not only was he completely patient with me, but understanding and did everything to make me and my family stay comfortable. I ran into so many issues literally driving from Chicago and he was amazing the entire time!!!! The best customer service I ever had hands down and will definitely refer everyone I know to this specific location.

Rooms were nice & a good size. Breakfast was delicious! Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the vent in the bathroom didn't work.

I liked how the hotel had two bedrooms and a kitchen. The front desk worker was amazing. He helped us out so much.

This is beyond their control but the police rolled up and took a lady in the back of their car. Other than that we felt pretty safe there.

No one customer service compares. Thank you Sherry for being you. Your smile is contagious🥰🙂 I can’t remember the other gentleman name that checked us in but he was awesome as well. My oldest son said,”Mom have you noticed how friendly everyone is,even the housekeeper?” 😅

Friday from the moment we step off the elevator we were slapped in the face by this delightful aroma “BREAKFAST” but since we had a full itinerary we couldn’t partake but we were looking forward to going Saturday morning. So we woke up that morning excited we wasn’t forced to go out into the nasty weather to grab breakfast and to our surprise the delightful aroma didn’t slap us in the face because they only had pastries. So I decided to go out in the rain and grab breakfast for my family and I. All in all the staff was very apologetic and life goes on.

The location, comfortable, staff very friendly and room was just what I needed

Sometime other people were partying way into the might which kept me awake. Maybe look into sound dealing material to help with that
