Hotel is good and breakfast was reasonable.

The staff at night was very friendly and nice but the daytime staff were not friendly. I don't understand why we need to ask room to be cleaned. Frankly, I think it's my first time I need to request for room to be cleaned. Apart from that, it's a nice place to stay. Many restaurants around to eat too.

Suggestions: -The breakfast hours should be written down somewhere so that guests don’t miss it . - Have staff be more attentive to cleaning and keeping things looking good, clean and organized while breakfast is being served. -Have an emergency kit and directory with ER info, 24/7 pharmacies, delivery options, etc. -Cleaning rooms should be offered daily (especially because trash bins get full)

Location, cleanliness, room size and layout, comfort, staff friendly and helpful. Shower was good. Fridge in room. Cool/heat controls worked well (temp outside varied 28 deg c to 5c). Our rooms were quiet at the back of the hotel (note there is a freeway directly outside the front, this is convenient but might be noisy at the front). The area is good. Nearby, outdoor Vintage shopping area with nice shops, restaurants/food places. Also hotel is next to the Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve which you can walk round. Though very close, note that there are few sidewalks so generally you still drive, though you can walk to them within 5-10 minutes. Plenty of well known shops (supermarkets, pharmacies, department stores etc) and restaurants slightly further (within 5 min drive). Also good indoor Willowbrook Mall down the main freeway a few mins south.

Breakfast included was adequate. Juices, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and fried potatoes were good. More choices and more healthy choices would be good.

Super clean, housekeeping team works great, constantly cleaning something, you can always see them around.

Please examine the possibility to install safe boxes in the rooms. Your great hotel was the first one in years where there is no place to put valuable stuff like laptops, tablets, watches etc.

Great location with lots of great restaurants very close by. I stay here quite often when visiting Houston and feel very safe here. The staff are friendly, the room prices are very affordable and the rooms are also bigger than most rooms. I love that you can get a Jr. Suite for such a great price!

No microwave in the rooms but there is a mini fridge. The cafe does have a couple of microwaves but it would be more convenient to have it in the room especially when you have small children, so that you don't have to drag everyone out of the room to use the microwave.

My reservation was for 2 nights. I really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, the beds are comfortable & clean, the location is great because it’s pretty close to everything you could need. There are 3 Starbucks nearby, a Walmart, Chuys, Canes, & so much more. There are even some food places within walking distance. I’m not sure about amenities like free breakfast (I also just don’t care for it) but I do know there’s a gym that’s open which is pretty great considering that most hotels aren’t offering many of the amenities that they usually do due to COVID. They don’t do room cleaning service unless your stay is for more than 7 nights, which wasn’t a problem to me given that I was only there for 2. The staff was also pretty friendly. By the end of my stay, I honestly wanted to book another night but I had other plans following my stay & the cost wasn’t the cheapest for just 2 nights but it was well worth the money in my opinion. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay.

Breakfast was great. Facility was beautiful and very clean.Everything looked and smelled new. Very nice! Access to everything and great amenities. Pool was nice and exercise facility was great.

There was a kitchen employee that was verbally and loudly berating his coworkers in the hall. Very abusive to them and quite unprofessional.

Everything was great, for me.

My car was parked outside in the front. Next morning when I checked out, the car next to me had its rear window completely . There is a sign that the parking is at owners risk, but if the hotel property adds this saftey feature, we won't mind paying more.
