My boyfriend and I spent Labor Day Weekend at this hotel.I liked the feel of the lobby. My room was clean and spacious.My room had a nice sitting area, a sink, refrigerator and a microwave. There was a variety of foods available for breakfast. It was nice to be able to sleep in til 8am and still have time to get breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9am.The staff were friendly and courteous. I would recommend my family and friends to stay at this hotel.

It would be nice to have a sign at the entry way because so much construction is going on in that area that it is easy to miss the turn into the hotel.

The staff was very nice and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Staff that was off duty helped me a little old lady with my luggage by helping me unload and put on the cart as well as bringing it to my room and assisting me with unloading. Breakfast was nice, and the lady was very sweet. Area was Very well kept and very clean. We loved the ceiling fan and the kitchen area. We also loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was set up in the shower in bottles and not the little pouches that only hold so much. Which is very little. 😃

The pillows need to be bigger and not so soft flat. Fortunately, I brought my own pillow. Coffee, microwave area in the room could use a little more light.

Loved the location although difficult to figure out how to get to it initially , (GPS confusing). The staff was so pleasant no matter what time of day or night. The room exceeded my expectations, had 12 foot ceiling in the room we had. Having a 24 hour pool was great even if I was so busy and never actually got to use it like I wanted. Proximity to restaurants and stores was great too.

Being that the floors are tile it makes the sound carry so there were times the voices from the hallway and lobby carried into the room but it wasn't something that would deter me from staying again. The food wasn't as good as some La Quinta's I have had, but they had a great selection of options.

Value price was good for the facility and location.

despite hotel had rooms free, and that I arrived at lunch time, there was not kindness to let me check in early without cost... I know the rule is to check in at 3pm, but if there are rooms available already, why not let the person go in, I came from Asi, long trip, and had to wait at lobby until 3pm. In other hotels around the world, I was allowed to checkin if there were rooms.

The room was very comfortable, pretty, and spacious. It was furnished and designed beautifully. The whole hotel was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was yummy. There was a variety of choices. The sitting area was comfortable and spacious. The hotel offered a lot of entertainment and was an excellent place for shoppers and people who love to eat out.

No biggy, just a tiny continuous drip in the shower. The desk was notified but it continued to drip.

Employees were kind and helpful, especially David with checking in and Marcellas with creating a comfortable atmosphere with breakfast and she is so kind and sweet, and the 2 other other gentleman with our room key malfunction. Our stay was comfortable and our family had a nice stay.

Only complaint is when I went down for breakfast at 9:30 am there was no eggs or sausage left. A few slices of slice bread and a few other items. I can’t eat waffles or oatmeal so I took some breakfast bars two slices of bread with cream cheese and apple juice. Would have liked some protein with breakfast but not a deal breaker to return, just need to go earlier I suppose.

Everything other than my breakfast comment above was great.

Location was perfect and this La Quinta had a bar which is a nice add-on.

The employee responsible for the cafe/breakfast was rude. Overpriced items at the front desk. Almost $9 for one Michelob is ridiculous!! The evening desk attendant (Thanksgiving night) needs training. He didn't know where anything was 🤦🏾‍♀️

Professional, Clean ! The guy that was there Thursday night when I checked in WAS AWESOME I LITERALLY HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH WOODSPRINGS SUITES DOWN THE ROAD AND HE SAID DONT WORRY ABOUT THAT WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.

The fact that everything was so expensive at that little store/vending area they have downstairs for you to buy snacks
