I was comfortable for the price

I had to buy roach spray, it had a few roaches.

The location was great close to the freeway. The fact that they could take my sisters service dog was great. The price fit our budget.

It was a little dated and the towel bar in the bathroom was ripped off the wall. I was told their is breakfast with the cost. There was NO breakfast.

When i book the price include brekfast and coffee.No brekfast andno coffee at the location.f

The original front desk person was very pleasant. After they changed shifts I complained about my room temperature being extremely to warm and uncomfortable, the attendendant did nothing and could care less. Overall the accommodations were pleasant, breakfast was ok and the facilities Clean.

The thermostat being set at a temperature and even though you manually try to change it it remains the same, after a quick Google search I learned that it is set up that way through a master control system by the hotel which I think Is deceiving and prevents guest from resting in a comfortable temperature that is individual to their body. Also the after hours attendant was rude and unhelpful wanting to be on their phone then actually do something to help me.

The staff

The carpet was torn in a few places. When using the water it ran underneath the faucet. The toilet has to be flushed 3 times to get the tissue down.

I only like the beds and how quiet it was.

The restroom was not so great it was falling apart and the tub was pilling off. As well there was roaches in the room.

The bed I had was pretty comfy.

They falsify about Wi-Fi. They don't have it unless you are up front and it barely comes in then. They falsify about a breakfast. There's no breakfast. It looked as if my door had been previously kicked in more than once. So all you had to do was slide something along the door and it reopens without a key. They're bathrooms are awful. And my room had so many cob webs and dirt on the upper part of wall. There's a ton of cars that are being worked on. So it looks like a mechanic shop in the back. I had someone come up to my car and ask if I could get them drugs. If your looking to just party and be at a hotel where they pay no attention this is the spot! I wouldn't bring my kids or family here. They had silver fish. Which if you know about those, just one and your clothes are full of holes and hard to get rid of them. Its under alot of renovating it looks like. But in a cheap way. I hope they intend to do better or correct the services and amenities they provide.

People hanging out outside of the facility the room was clean upon arrival but roaches were spotted. I didn’t get any rest from 12:45am until 5am someone in the next room beat,kicked,knocked on the wall as if they were coming through the wall it was so loud it shook the room and headboard of the bed. My kids were woken up and very scared to go back to sleep.

The guy at the front desk was rude and wouldn’t give the WiFi info

I got there, TV screen was busted, window was cracked, bathtub was falling apart, stucco falling from the ceiling, ROACHES... but by far the worst part was that the wires below the A/C unit INSIDE the room were exposed... AND THE UNIT WAS LEAKING WATER RIGHT BELOW THOSE EXPOSED WIRES, and going beneath the bed! I DID NOT STAY! I LEFT AND I AM CURRENTLY TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK! This place is NOTHING like it looks in the pictures!
