Ever since I been working out of town I been staying at this establishment for the last few years it's always my first choice and my favorite place to stay whenever I come in town it's always clean the price for the room is always reasonable and affordable there is always a Safe place to park my vehicle and the staff are always professional and helpful I would recommend the Palace Inn 290 on Jones road to my family and friends it's also close to a lot of places to eat and shop

There isn't anything that I dislike about this establishment

Every time I come here the staff are always helpful respectful and very nice to deal with this place is always very clean and I like the fact that it's quiet and there's always room to park the rooms are always Extremely clean and ready for when you want to check in I travel for business every week and this is a place that I always stay this is my #1 choice above all others and I would Highly recommend this establishment to friends and family who come in from out of town are just need a clean quiet and nice place to get away from all the madness in the world

Gentleman that runs the hotel is super nice and friendly. Always asking if there is anything he can do for you. Awesome location that is very quiet. Everything is very clean and maintained inside and out.

Very clean, reasonably priced, snacks available in lobby.

Front desk lady didn't speak English very well. Booked a non-smoking room, arrived at my first room which was a smoking room. Went back to front desk and they put me in a non-smoking room.

The property manager is very friendly and takes wonderful care of his guests.

No dislikes. It was all good.

Management was polite and awesome. Vic is very accommodating .Room was clean well stocked, parking lot was also clean. Quiet and peaceful at night that coupled with a comfortable bed made for a good nights sleep, and a great stay. Thank you , Vic!!

Vick and his wife, the proprietors, were very gracious in finding the right room for me. The parking lot and my room were both very clean and well kept. I feel safe here and would have no problem at all bring my family here to stay. If you are lucky enough to stay in the suite, it is very nice having granite countertops and a full kitchen.

The place is very convenient off the the freeway the staff was very helpful and polite and quickly took care of a slight issue I had

The towels that I had in my restroom some had stains on them other than that for the most part it was pretty clean
