If you come to the city to an event at the NRG and have no car, this is the perfect location. In maps it appears it´s a 15 minute walk but its practically almost beside the stadium. I stayed here for Taylor Swift´s Eras Tour and it was the perfect location, they also had a picture set up for swifties, snacks and drinks, which made it more special. The rooms are good, comfortable.

Due to the shows, the hotel was completely full, so I would think there was staff missing. The breakfast is okay but is a little small, and not very diverse in options, and it is not included on the nights, which is kind of a let down. I don´t know if the prices went up due to the concerts and its perfect location, but I think it was a little overpriced, considering the breakfast not included and the standard rooms.

When we arrived, the girl at the front counter was extremely nice. She upgraded our room at no fee because she said they had to move some things and the room originally booked was no longer available. The next morning I went to breakfast and the restaurant manager and hotel manager both greeted me upon arrival. The manager even asked if I went to the Taylor Swift concert the night before. The restaurant manager even held a conversation with me about my necklace.

The elevator on our floor wasn't working correctly. It wouldn't send an elevator when you pressed down. The night we arrived was also the night of the first Taylor Swift show. Many people were blocking the entrance to the hotel parking lot. I think the security they had working there should have patrolled the people and kept them from blocking the parking lot. Also think they should had someone guiding you where to park. However, this is a freak occurrence and they were not fully aware of what was expected from the concert.

When I come in town to see my son that goes to TxSu I love to stay here because most times the price is right the rooms are spacious and it's not to far from the school. It's exactly right off the bridge and the staff is always amazing. Love this place.

The hotel is not updated. It is old and when you walk into the lobby it smell like they mop with an old mop head. I would recommend to add a unique scent or fragrance for your lobby as that is a person's first impression of the hotel.

The hotel is next door to a very reasonably priced chicken-wing sports bar. We walked to/from the nearby NRG Stadium and enjoyed the beautiful weather and scenery and felt very safe on the approximate 15 minute walk. The king sized bed seemed even bigger than our king bed at home and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets to snuggle on the couch. Angela, the staff person that helped us check in, was FABULOUS! She told us about the area, helped us get the perfect room for our stay and encouraged us to relax and enjoy our vacation. We have stayed at many other locations, but this absolutely was the best value for the quality property. When I "needed" a Diet Coke, but had no cash, she presented me with the soda and charged it to our room - no problem. I HIGHLY recommend this location and can't praise the staff enough. Our thanks to them!

didn’t like that the bathroom ceiling was shorter. the outside of building back was gross looking. parking was horrible we had to park in the far back pass the gate in the grass due since they had the parking open to the cook off also we had to show proof of reservation to even get in to the parking lot and not be charged. if you are going to open the parking lot to other events please have them park in the far back. cars were parked everywhere on the grass median and where you are to drive it was a mess

The location was absolutely perfect for me attending the Ed Sheeran concert. The pool view balcony was a nice touch. The bed was snuggly and put me right to sleep with cool, crisp sheets and fluffy pillows.

The bathroom could stand to be more luxurious-bigger or something that makes you feel pampered. The bathroom wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I understand the property is older, and facility is pretty but room is great, just make the bathroom updated.

The location was perfect. I selected this hotel be ause I was coming in for the Texans Eagles game, and it was walking distance. I loved that they allowed access through the parking lot to the stadium. The restaurant had good food, the staff was friendly, and i loved my room. It was huge w/2 bedrooms, a balcony, and great for my daughter and I. Looking for to returning for my next event

The bed was weird. When you sat/laid in it, you immediately sunk down into it, which made it uncomfortable as far as getting out of bed,, but not a game changer

The location is great, no question. We walked to NRG Stadium and it was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and polite. They made sure we had a place to park, since it was very busy in the parking lot.

It is an older hotel, which was obvious when looking at the furniture, etc., and I guess having a little refrigerator in the room would have been nice, but overall it was comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night, so we didn't need much.

After reading very negative reviews as we sat at the airport waiting to depart for IAH we had alot of anxiety of what to expect. Very surprised ! Not at all like described. Amazing staff,clean ;yes a bit older.

Only thing is when booking request NOT to be streetside. Noisy. My room (for 1st night ) mentioned how noisy it was quickly relocated to a very quiet room.

Staff was extremely nice and the free beverages plus location is great for events. This was my second time to stay at this location.

Please update check in procedures. We waited an hour and 20 minutes to check into our room. The staff and manager were extremely nice and efficient as much as they could be but surely there has to be a faster way to get so many people checked in at the same time.
